My bad! I didn't get enough time to browse thath little Museums of the Horrors.
I thought it was another gallery filled with Lisa,///, Newton and the likes.
I apologize to all my devoted and beloved readers!
you'll still be cleaning up the problems six months later.
The real issue is not the low productivity techie. It's that there's no manager with enough knowledge and skills to... manage techies.
Techies are seen somehow as "lone wolves" or "wizards" that "just do the (right) things".
My solution?
Hire a manager with the real knowledge (an former techie) and let him both manage and work with the younger techies.
Microsoft voluntarily disclosed the information to the third party firm without any kind of police order, possibly violating a few privacy laws and their own policies.
You cannot tell the truth (whatever this means) in a number of other countries. I wonder whether adding all those population numbers up you'll go higher than China's.
Or, at least 50% wrong!
Whatever you say to sustain your point of view, that won't ever be close to theirs.
Religion fanatics (aka fans) won't ever discuss with you about that. Their (whatever) religion is sacred, deserves respect and doesn't allow for insults coming from whoever. If you keep on failing to comply with the above they will:
- provide you with a suitably ugly death
- provide you with the excommunication you deserve
- provide you with a selected list of curses
- wipe your GMail/Me.COM/Facebook account
- all or part of the above
You insensitive and materialist clod!
Do you think GNOME (and Co.) is the Linux desktop?
Ah! Have you ever heard about KDE, LXDE, XFCE etc. etc.? They seems not to require OpenGL at all!
You insensitive Gtk-clod!
I'm fully aware I'm not a mechanical engineer, nor an expert of off world rovers.
But when I see all those strings hand-knotted to tie the rover's (unshielded) cable, I feel a chill on my neck!
Is that all the technology we could sport to have a reliable and durable rover?
It's just my... curiosity!
Maybe that article was actually meant to push people to apply as an engineer to Google Inc.
Or maybe they're completely morons.
Or maybe they have little prectice with maths.
Probably all of the three above.
Or maybe Kaspersky will engineer some tightly security checked distribution of Linux/*BSD/Solaris?
Kaspersky should also take into account solutions like L4 or Minix3.
I fear that really witing an OS from zero would be overkilling.

Not pay the federals! Ah!
The authentication methods are buggy or can be easily circumvented (thus are buggy).

Then I argue: is this really news?
You really thing that a third and different mobile platform would have attracted any developer?
Ah!
You cannot tell the truth (whatever this means) in a number of other countries .

I meant "with no electrical contact".
"Wireless" is commonly used to mean "through EM radio emissions", as seen in WiFi.
Not wireless! You insensitive discharged clod!
Maybe only Windows 8 is better on Windows 8 than on Linux.
Maybe Unless specifically designed to be the other way around.
Or, at least 50% wrong!

Or will it heavily modify the climate itself with its power hunger while computing?
The Chinese government has a database which is larger by 1 order of magnitude.
It's only that none knows anything about it.
Will be the solution. If only we dared to wait for the technology.
