I shall inform you where my ideas came from. I studied Religion and Ancient Philosophy in Rome, Italy at a Catholic University. We studied all major religions and cultural philosophies for 4 years. My views were obviously NOT encouraged by the university but they accepted my view becuase there is a common sense approach to it. You may not accept my views and I can wholy appreciate that, but just think about my previous post and just think about what I said. I have a valid point which I abviously cannot prove just as religions cannot prove that a god really exists.

Would you like a lesson in Religion? Ok here...

Religion and the concept of God(s) were started thousands of years ago to control people. Think about this. You are a peasant under the service of some king 3000+ years ago. Living conditions are horrible etc... you are not happy and neither are the thousands of other peasants like you. You all outnumber the King and his nobles etc. So as the King and Nobles see this and are scared. How can we control the peasants and make sure they do not revolt. (thinking....) AHA Offer them something that CANNOT be proved. In comes God(s) and religion.

"How would you like to be in Paradise. A Place where you are the happiest you can ever be. You have no worries and you are with God. God loves you and will take care of you after you die. Now here is the catch. God loves you but wants to make sure YOU love him back so there are rules that you must obey while you are alive. You have to conform to the religion and do everything the religios leaders tell you to do (nevermind for thousands of years that religious leaders were appointed by Kings etc). You have to be a good person to society etc. Most of the rules were made to keep society stable. If society is stable and happy (looking forward to living in eternal happiness) the chances of revolts are smaller.

So if you obey these rules and live your life in a good way when you die you will go to heaven etc. This is GENIOUS plan and it WORKED. Give the people something that cannot be proven. You cannot prove heaven. You cannot prove God, and you cannot prove any religion is real or true. So how do we get around this, easy PEOPLE MUSH HAVE FAITH! By showing you have FAITH in God you are showing that you love him(her) and want to go to heaven.

This is beautiful plan, it worked and still continues to work. Religion is the biggest con in the history of humanity. If you ever read and reserach why and how the concept of religion started it will make you think twice about the whole concept.

I think this discovery could be very very useful to science and medicine. Being able to kill off cancer cells and other types of viruses(maybe) this could have huge value to people. The thing I dont understand is this. Common sense leads me to believe that keeping cells alive longer than nature intended might be a bad idea. Cells replenish when they die. The reason they die is they get too old. If cells DID NOT NEED to die, this gene would not exist. Therefore keeping cells alive longer might have BAD consequences.

Why are people obsessed with the fountain of youth. Is there something so wrong with getting old and eventually dying? Make the most of the time you are alive and dont worry about dying. Eventually we all die, accept it, and go do something productive and enjoyable.

Mario Bros is one of the classics. Since Mario Bros on the arcade to the present N64 games, The Super Mario series have been some of the best games out there. I think Mario 64 is one of the nicest games for N64. The controls and movements are very realistic (disregarding the whole "flying" thing). The graphics on N64 are in my mind very good.

Sonic was made up by Sega just to combat Mario and lost. I think the Sonic games suck. I havent played Crash Banicoot so I dont know how the PS versions are doing (is it PS, i dont know). Having beaten all the Mario Series, one of the very few games I actually sat down and finished I think the playability in those games when they came out were awesome. I remember spending weeks playing the series through the Nintendo beginings to the current N64 Version.

My real name is Mario which is kind of funny cuz through Elementary school when the Mario Series were popular I was made fun of like crazy. Now i just laugh it off but back then it sucked. I guess I have a soft spot for the fat plumber and his buddies but Mario will make a comeback. You'll see. Really.
