Why doesn't the manufacture work with the open source community to provide better fixes to their products. Like teamhacksung is porting ICS to Galaxy S now and if Samsung helped it whttp://tech.slashdot.org/story/11/12/28/1536257/samsung-reconsidering-android-40-on-the-galaxy-s?utm_source=feedburnerGoogle+Feedfetcher&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+Slashdot%2Fslashdot+%28Slashdot%29&utm_content=Google+Feedfetcher#ould be that much faster.
I have no problem with this but my main issue is that they bundled C++ 2008 runtimes with IE9... In my office IE9 patched our runtimes and it caused issues with the software we are developing which made it unable to be compiled. I hope for their sakes that they don't do the same thing.
As a gamer it is just a lot more simple to use windows. I have tried other Operating Systems but honestly I find that windows is easier to use now.
I have not had a virus in years, I have access to any program I might need, applications are simple and easy to install (double click and done) and why would I emulate windows when I can just save time and run windows itself.
I am keeping an eye on ReactOS which might prove itself enough to switch over.

I don't see why people use ipods anymore. I used to have one when they were the only product on the market but now since SD cards are so cheap you can get any device and expand it to 32GB ($60)
but the S2 is thinner and weighs a lot less than the prime
Prime
Dimensions 135.5 mm (5.33 in) H
67.94 mm (2.675 in) W
8.94 mm (0.352 in) D
Weight 135 g
S2
Dimensions 125.3 mm (4.93 in) H
66.1 mm (2.60 in) W
8.49 mm (0.334 in) - 9.91 mm (0.390 in) D
Weight 116 g (4.1 oz)
Why don't they put in a SD reader? That is one of the things I love about my Galaxy S and makes it a replacement for my MP3 player but without it I am thinking twice about getting this phone and making the Galaxy S II look a lot more appealing.
No leaks like that exist in firefox 7, I had opened 20 windows on firefox and had my memory at 450MB (flash videos included) and chrome opening the same windows took 2GB of memory....
I suggest that people switch to MSE or Avast and stay away from AVG, Norton and McAfee...
If you are worried about bad sites install adblock plus and WoT (web of trust).
Chrome is great if you have a few windows open because its faster than FF but when you start opening 10+ windows you start using a LOT of memory. I was using 12 windows and it took up 2GB and I opened the same windows in firefox and it only took 400MB
I don't know why people keep on harping on FF for memory usage when chrome CLEARLY uses more.
WIN
I would agree with this but I have a Galaxy S and the S2 is not very different and does not warrant an upgrade yet.

not to mention environmental issues. They are known as the lease green company http://9to5mac.com/2011/11/16/apple-addresses-environmental-concerns-with-audits-of-15-suppliers-could-impact-future-components-and-contracts/
I have been boycotting Apple for years now, what have you guys been up to?
I call them Dumb-phones
Since when is beta is now "available"? We had access to FF9 via nightly for a long while...

Actually looking over the two...I am unsure why anyone would pick the prime / galaxy nexus over S2

In other news book manufactures are suing one another because of a similarity between hard cover and soft cover books.
Google wave was really bad when you had a large amount of people posting it because It became laggy and unstable. Nice idea but did not work.
Chrome is good if you have a few windows you want to do something really fast or fill out forms. Firefox is better for general browsing with lots of tabs, firefox is also better at facebook games ( http://media.bestofmicro.com/K/1/309169/original/jsgamebenchwbgp7.png )

I have no idea why you think that, it has been proven time and time again chrome uses WAYYY more memory than firefox, over twice as much. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/firefox-7-web-browser,3037-14.html Chrome is the bloated one.
