The Netgear Nighthawk R7000 is $100 cheaper, was an absolute cinch to put the latest DD-WRT on. On the 2.4GHz antenna I have N transfers with TurboQAM hitting 12MB/s (connecting at 144Mbps). I installed the Intel 7260HMWG adapter in my laptop, and even at 2x2 it's connecting to the 5GHz AC antenna at upwards of 650Mbps and transferring files typically between 40 - 50MB/s.
Seems clear to me that it's just another example of some maladjusted hackers wanting to show people that they are the biggest bully around. That the only reason you're safe, is because they haven't targeted you yet.
They did this to see what would happen, not for some vigilante justice.
One of which being that I was fucking tired of PAYING to watch advertisements. It's one of the biggest scams of all time. Everywhere I go, I'm inundated with ads. The rare time I go to watch a movie at the theater, now instead of just movie ads, I'm watching ads for soft-drinks, cars, TV shows...
Keep going Entertainment Industry. Keep annoying the shit out of me. See how far it gets you.
If you wonder about that, you must be wondering if their entire team that put this together is chock full of morons. Seriously, I think a little more credit is due here.
...we can take advantage of the hardware in some way. Because it sure as fuck isn't being taken advantage of in 3D gaming on Linux.
The state of graphics driver support in Linux is sad. We end up with abominations like nVidia Optimus, which they won't even support, forcing the open source community to bullshit their way through with hacked up work-arounds like Bumblebee.
They just won't put the development dollars into Linux, and there doesn't seem to be any recourse.
...for an Android device that I won't be able to use for development purposes moving forward? It was supposed to be the defacto phone for Google support.
If this is true, I'm a little (more than) disappointed. Feels like a bait and switch from my perspective, even if technically it may not be.
Obama lobbied on a platform of cleaning up and changing the way the government operates, and what do we have to show for it? We have to sign a petition to have the government take a look at possible bribery.
I immediately have to question the quality of the analysis for each language. If Java's analysis is more in depth than C++, it's obviously going to look worse under the microscope. Using a common value for each violation does not an equal comparison make.
Also, smells like an ad...

Not sure what more a $300 router would buy me.

Seems like this last year or so there have been a far larger number of companies reporting their data being compromised than in past years.
In any case, I'd say between lulsec and anonymous, the hunt and the arrests of these asshats might just be causing them to lay low for a while.
Racist piece of shit much?

No FUCKING way, that's 1200 Epcot Center's too many...
Forgive me if I don't take your word for it.
It's very much alive, and it CAN coexist with Facebook.
I don't use G+, but pseudonym support would get me to take a longer look at whether there is a place for it in my life.
