Is it India's government's role to nourish its citizens? By promoting technologically advanced programs, India is able to offer better jobs to its citizens. Whether the government is giving fair access to those jobs is another matter, and beyond my knowledge.
Have you sat in a newer Mini Cooper? They're very roomy inside. The only thing lacking is trunk space, but you can easily fold down the back seats. Just don't expect to carry more than one passenger with lots of luggage.
You can even fit a 36" TV in the back with the seats down..bob
If you sign your own certificate, you don't have the level of trust as getting a cert from CACert.org.
CACert works on a point system for the level of trust. You must provide proof of your identity to other people that vouch for you - either with legal documentation (depending on the country/legal jurisdiction that you reside in) or inherited trust from another CA - or even from PGP/GPG.
CACert is currently working on getting its root certificate included with browser distributions, such as Mozilla.

Certificates can be created for businesses and persons, unlike from most (all?) other certificate providers.
This same thing has happened to several companies in Louisiana. The part I'd like cleared up is whether any new "Internet taxes" will be on top of the existing sales and use taxes collected by many (if not most) States. IE, will companies have to pay the local sales/usage tax on top of an Internet tax, or is the Internet tax being pushed as a standard way of collecting State taxes for Internet purchases?
I wonder what Steve Gibson (author of Spinrite) thinks of this, since he still devlops mostly (if not entirely) in assembler--even for Windows development.
The summary is incorrect. Pentium IIIs will be out at 600MHz, not Celerons. Celerons should be out at 550MHz before the end of the year:
"But Pentium III on Coppermine won't stand still, coming in at 600MHz and faster. Celeron will remain about one clock speed grade behind it, sources said."

Adblock is your friend. Unfortunately, it appears to be /.-ed already:

It blocks anything you want via a wildcard. For example, you can block http://ad.* or http://www.realmedia*

A Mini Cooper gets 28/37 MPG, as noted here: http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/noframes/19303.shtm l. Why not get a fun car to drive that's also fuel efficient?

Houston has had a similar traffic website for years: TAMU

So what sounds better, the patched Fraunhofer code, or the new code?
