Get this: the U.S. has 200 people working full time with WTO issues and lobbying to make sure the U.S.' interests are at best. As an example, Uganda has 1/2 person working on this. I don't think the U.S. citizens have much to be angry about.
It's a wonderful addition to Perl and mod_perl for web application development.
