    Dude, I've to tell you, a music is *composed* by composers, not by singers. So, the music is Indian if the composer is.

    Part of the ruling in the UK was to put a notice on the website stating that Samsung did not copy Apple.

    The notice was supposed to be put for tablets. The US court also ruled that Samsung didn't copy Apple in case of Tablets.

    Its not about being a "developed" or "undeveloped" country. Its about market demand. There are a lots of good programmers in India. But there are so many projects coming to India that these companies are willing to take even the bad ones. Hell they even hire people who don't know the head or tail of programming. Some friends of mine hate programming but there aren't many jobs in their branch of engineering and so, reluctantly get into software companies. I wonder why even with such low standards these companies manage to get so many projects....

    Cell phone, tablet processors are becoming more powerful by the day, much faster than the desktop processors. Will there be a day when tablet processors are as fast as the desktop ones and we would just be hooking phone/tablet to monitors? (though we should solve the heat dissipation problem)

    if 'X loses a phone to a thief who sells it to 'Y', and 'X' buys a new phone, this isn't a new sale. 'Y' would have bought a new phone if there was no stolen phone available to buy.
