I have an idea to remove the need to complex AI for long haul. You build a network of rails, and put the trucks on the rails, no steering required! You could connect a hundred of the trucks together and then you'd only need one driver for the whole lot! You could also power the rail-trucks through a wire above them and the steel rails they ride on, no more diesel!
You need to spray it on something, then connect a wire to it. Why not use the wire for the antenna? Like a PCB antenna, which is only 35um thick copper.
If you want something thin and transparent, why not use ITO? It has similar resistivity to titanium carbide. Alternatively if this is cheaper than ITO, why not use it for LCD manufacturing?
I'm going to coin a new word: "Ameritard" An American citizen who demonstrates how mentally retarded they are by posting poorly thought out rants on the internet about how unconstitutional every law they don't like is.

That's one company doing a 2 month trial. It would be interesting to see the results of making the change permanent, after the employees don't have the incentive of "if this goes well, you can have 3 day weekends for life"
"We can be as productive and creative in 6 focused hours as in 8 unfocused hours." Assuming people will focus more if they only work 6 hours a day.
Also assuming when people work has no impact. A lot of people work the hours they do because they're providing a service to customers over that time period. No matter how hard they work for 6 hours won't let them answer a phone between 3 and 5 when they're not working.
Apple will partner with the other big car brands. Except their implementation will receive software updates continuously. Your cars performance will lower slightly with every update until you feel you need to buy a new car to gain back what you've lost.
The best camera is the one you have when you want to take a picture. If you always carry around your camera, good for you. If it's at home in your camera bag, it's not going to take a very good picture is it?
If they're not spending it, it should be going back to the shareholders.

But they didn't "just kill it"
They integrated the functionality in to their own product, then killed it.
