    THey were required to travel at least 15 mph on a 6.9 mile rack for the test I believe.

    So although you could get 3000 mpg it would take you 8 1/3 days to drive that far (without bathroom/sleeping breaks)

    Here you can see where they were on this not so long ago

    Short version: They hooked up 177 halfway down a cat's optic path and were able to create images/movies from the info they recieved. One Problem is how hard it is to connect to all the nerves without disrupting their message. the other problem is the image info changes as it moves from the eye to the brain, so it gets processed as it travels. They were only able to interpret the image information at a certain spot on the way to the brain.

    The install isn't hard. You will be fine as long as you are comfortable with the command-line.
    Its a sweet system, especially if you want stability to be you first priority.

    sorry, sometimes that ain't enough to help getting a job.
    not in this craptastic economy at least.

    I have had trouble finding even a crappy job(fast food, grocery, etc.)
