Many areas have precursor for meth production laws. In my area three precursor's can get you charged (ie Sudafed, acetone, red phosphourus, propane, muratic acid etc). Now if you have a legitamate reason for owning these things your fine however owning these items with no legitamate reason is a crime.
How many people have a reason for owning muratic acid? Concrete finishers or someone who owns a pool. Now if a cop were to go to someones house because the neighbors complained they could smell pot coming from the house and the cops see a case of muratic acid in the porch and no pool they have probable cause to search, now if they find some glassware a case of Sudafed and a bottle of acetone you are going to jail.

People that have never seen linux find Gnome 3 the easiest to use. Like my babysiters for example. Instead of how do I get it to do this I had one say this is cool can I get it on my computer (Fedora 16). Not a single babysiter has had and dificulty or bitchiness about Gnome 3 unlike KDE.
Now as someone that has to do some work once in a while I have Chakra to compliment my Fedora. But other than me the dozen or so people that use my computer (non technical types) preffer Gnome 3.

You have to ask for an amount that can not be given in $50's like $80 or $240 (then you would get 4 $50 and 2 $20). It is a problem because local bussnesses do not accept $50 or $100's after 11pm. So what if the police have a warrant to search my house and I have a numeric key pad on a security door? Which I do btw. Or a safe with a finger print scanner and they have a warrant to open the safe and the safe has a device to destroy the contents unless the owner provides his thumbprint? If LE can not access stuff they have a warrant for soon there will be new laws that cover biometric locks or ban encryption. Or they could drug you and hit you with a $5 wrench repeatedly. Take your pick. Does it make sense that people could go to LE and show them a laptop with evidence of crime, then press a button to lock the computer and thumb your nose at them and walk away with no repercussions?

Maybe the guard was offended by the kiddie porn and was trying to get it out of his sight as quick as possible. By your logic if the cops see a dead hooker in your trunk and they close the trunk till the forensic team gets there they should not be able to get the keys from the suspect to open the trunk again. It is their fault they closed the truck and the suspect should be able to drive away with his dead hooker. The cops should have immediatly removed the body while they had the chance they screwed up, the defendant shouldn't have to provide his keys for the cops to open the trunk because that would be self incrimination and take away his right to having dead hookers in his trunk.

Why would anyone still use amalgum for fillings? It is poision pure and simple. Mercury is considered hazardous at 0.2 mg/litre. Studies have shown that mercury concentrations in dental waste streams range between 12 and 480 mg/litre. The majority of this mercury originates from scrap dental amalgam generated by filling replacement activities. http://webdocs.edmonton.ca/occtopusdocs/Public/Complete/Reports/CC/CSAM/2007-06-19/2007PW5048.doc My composite fillings have outlasted many of my amalgum filling and a lot of dentists in my area are switching to composite filling altogether.
