    Ah yes, "We don;t want to screw others!" yet you don't want to pay taxes and contribute to the society that makes your wealth possible.
    You play games with people's livelihoods, shipping jobs overseas to increase your own profits, boosting your profits by not providing medical coverage to your workers or using the it as an excuse to go down to mostly part-time employees.
    And when those affected by your greed need help, you paint them all as lazy and worthless while doing everything in your power to keep them impoverished and unemployed.
    Yes, there are welfare leeches and they needs to be scoured from the face of the earth, but to spout the nonsense that you aren't greedy and have only osociety's interests at heart is so much bullshit.

    Advertising has gotten so intrusive and obnoxious it drives more people AWAY from the advertiser since if you need to promote yourself that much, you can't be very good, or you'd have heard about it from a trusted source like a friend or family member who has used the product or service first hand and give you some real info about it...

    Thermostat? We use the old fashion dial kind with no screen or programming beyond "turn the dial to the temperature minimum, if it gets colder, turn on the furnace"

    Would anyone buy these devices that have no real need for network access anyway?

    Have people gotten so stupid and lazy they can't open the fridge and look to see if they need milk or eggs?

    Do you fuss over the settings on your thermostat so often that you'd ever actually see any ads that appear there?

    Why would you want glasses that obscure your vision with "ads"?

    Most people are sick to death of ads and hate advertisers.

    Die already. If your home is wired for internet access, you already have the means to research new products without needing ads forced at you from every direction.

    That's where, as loathesome as it sounds, you give them a pension for life after they leave office, and ban them from ever taking another job afterwards.
    And you have to watch their friends and families as well to make sure they aren't benfitting from any possible shady deals for a cushy job or something similar that might be an influence on the office-holder's voting record.

    That, and strict term limits. no more than 2 terms lifetime.
