One problem the Evolutionary program is likely to have is each permutation is tested for efficiency, yet real evolution frequently multiple permutations running in paralell and it's not unusual for the winner at the end to have been at a disadvantge in the beginning. Without care the program will discard many ultimate winners, or bogg down running too many instances in paralell
I suspect the result would be the federal defict would be retired, we could keep Social Security solvent and still be able to afford socialized medicine with the patent application fees!
I often wondered if the RIAA would even be able to tell if I made a MP3 sized file and filled it with/dev/urandom and offered it for download named as a britney spears song, or for that matter if anyone could tell, even by listening to the results. Imagine being in court with your hard-drive image entered as evedence and you said "Well let's play it and see if its the copyrighted material" knowing it was just random noise.
Your arguement might hold water if the server offering the file for download actualy erased the file as the packets left the machine. Also since we play the radio in our office, technically its commercial and we actually do need a license that we or almost nobody else actually have. Getting the license as I understand it results in the record companies sending you shit-piles of CD's to play for free. Well actually they are a promotional expense for the artists, so it's free to me and the blood-sucking leaches at the mafiaa.
Of course the internet connection was slow, the kazza zombie client was trying to keep the share ratio up for whoever "tereastarr" is, DUH! Send some lamo pop music to the lemmings while downloading the kiddy-porn for the zombie-master.
Here is how it works, 1. some guy buys a used car for blue book 2. the car is finaced through "we finance anybody LLC" at the used car lot, 3. the car lot is paid for expenses and a percentage upfront, and a percentage "as collected" 4. purchaser pays the loan long enough to cover the expenses, the commision and some profit for the finace company 5. the purchaser defaults, the car gets repo'ed and sold at auction for 10 cents on the dollar finaced 6. the purchaser is still responsible for the debt less the funds generated at auction to the finace company 7. the car is bought at auction, locks changed, detailed and placed on the lot 8. wash, rince repeat and that my friend is how you get blood from a stone; "we finance anybody LLC" can be collecting on five loans for the same car at any given time. These guys actually make more money by having loans defaulted than they do by being paid, they have formulas to plug the numbers into to get the maximum return.
The guy who has filed bankruptcy is choise meat to them, he can't file again!
That would be a good assumption if he or the drunk had insurance, it might have been a case where the drunk had no valid licence, his/her insurance canceled then the GP got hit as a pedestrain or a bicyclist without insurance. Shit like that happens, a friend of mine was T-boned by a car blowing through a stop sign and on to the 5 lane street, because my freind had a couple beers he was automatically at fault, never expect the law, the cops or the lawyers to posess common-sense or rationality.
That guy don't know jack about rockets, You don't have to be an aerospace engineer to see what I'm talking about... But once it got airborne, the weight of the engine would immediately pull the nose down. And if the JATO was still blazing away, the car would drill itself into the ground like a tent-spike before it got fifty feet from the cliff. In a rocket the center of mass has to be ahead of the aerodynamic center for the vehicle to be stable, I hope this clown isn't the faculty adviser for the school model rocket club!
fins are non-actuating surfaces, actuated control surfaces are call elevons and are fold on missiles which are guided. The advantage to elevons which are an X configuration over rudder/elevator in a + configuration is that all four elevons act in concert increasing the control surface without increasing drag as much as having just two control surfaces acting.
My boss has been on a surplus buying spree all week, so If i see 4 SRB's with semi-serviceable O-rings, I bet we could set you up for one hell of a ride!
Anaerobic fermentation using C. acetobutylicum recently regained marked interest for use in vehicle fuel production as a gasoline and diesel fuel replacement. This is because butanol as produced by a fibrous bed bioreactor utilizing recent biotechnology co-developed by Environmental Energy Inc. and Ohio State University produces the alcohol butanol as its primary output. The patented process using C. tyrobutyricum produces little acetone or ethanol, instead producing butyric acid and hydrogen which is then pumped into another fibrous bed bioreactor where C. acetobutylicum converts the butyric acid into butanol, thus optimizing butanol production. Essentially, the new process obviates the A.B.E. process, making butanol production competitive with other biofuels both economically and in energy production.... Unlike yeast, which can only digest sugar into alcohol and carbon dioxide, C. acetobutylicum and many other Clostridia can digest whey, sugar, starch, lignin, cellulose fiber and other biomass directly into butanol, propionic acid, ether, and glycerin. Apart from the need for temperature control, the A.B.E. synthesis process is relatively simple. The products are formed in layers that are easy to separate. Clostridium acetobutylicum
Note the last sentence, by separating in layers, the energy expensive distillation can be avoided even better look at the list of what it digests, this family of bacteria will eat everything from refined sugar to tree bark and cow manure! The butanol behaves very much like pump gasoline in vehicles. Hell you might even be able to digest the glycerin byproducts from biodiesel and use the butanol as a substitute for methanol to make biodiesel.
Dental Insurance is a pain in the ass for all except the insurance company. The truth is that most people after a brief initial period have dental expenses that are as regular as clock work; a thousand people are an auctuarial certainty. Then after the initial period have expenses that are essentially a known, Then insurance starts to play games, They'll turn down 10% for just because, if they are getting too many claims that month, they will take servers off-line to slow thing up or just lose them internally. Frankly you'd be better off to find a reputable dentist, and just spend the money that your dental insurance would cost and save it for dental care, why pay a bunch of lawyers and MBAs to be assholes when you don't need to?
OK my "leads to" could have been stated in a way that didn't come across as a direct causation and more like a contributory factor, still one could say that cigarette smoking doesn't cause HA if you defined causality tight enough. How much would you earn doing more complex treatments that would preserve natural dentition? if people quit tobacco, brushed, flossed, got their prophy twice a year and worn a biteguard at night half of us would be flipping burger's.
"The Wall" fell on it's ass, it was a lame attempt to repeat "The Dark Side of the Moon"'s commercial and critical success and the only song that still gets airplay is "The Wall" the only good song on the double album. I've played "The Wall" twice in it's entirety, I've worn out my vinyl "The Dark Side of the Moon" and have it on CD.
The Beatles seemed pretty unique, Lennon-Mc Cartney, Mc Cartney, Lennon and Harrison all were prolific song writers, the first three easily have more good work out their than the typical band today, so in reality the Beatles were like 4 bands rolled into one and produced like 4 bands. Socially the Beatles were like a good dance partner, sometimes they lead, sometimes they followed, but they were never really out of step, except for Lennon after he married Ono was a little bit out there; and finally they had their own record label which was unheard of at the time.
That kind of defeats the attraction of free music, and that's to listen to stuff that you know that you'll think that 99.9% is crap to find the one track that's great and still be able to make the mortgage payment. Then after finding the one gem in the bucket of gravel, you'll be a mench and send some bread to the artist. If you want to follow the herd just listen to a clear-channel station.
Your problem is most people don't see dental care as health care, it's seen as an elective cosmetic and vainity thing. We know the the kind of havok periodontal or endodontic infections can have on the patients health, but tell the average person on the street that a gum infection can cause inflamation that can and does lead to heart attacks and kills people and they'll look at you like your stupid. The other problem is your dental school glossed over something and that's removeables, removeables are booming right now, monday I'm going to have to order more articulators. I've got so many dentures in the lab that I've run out of articulators friday, and the complete and partials are expected to just keep growing until 2025, yet most dentists just blow off denture patients, yet they refer out almost all of their extractions to OS and the majority endo all without get a referal fee from the specialists. If you want to make money, learn removeables inside and out, start doing your own extractions and endo except the really difficult cases, and do Medical billing whjen ever possible. Medical billing gives you bigger fees, less writeoffs and saves the dental maximums for dental care.
We used to think that way in the Software Bussiness than came open source and in reality about as many company are porportionaly sucessful or crash and burn in OSS as they do in closed source. In my industry the vast majority of research is either conducted by employees or independant contractors for the major vendors. This doesn't mean the research is faulty, but uncomplimentry reasults tend to be unpublished. I guess the fundemental question is are you doing science or are you doing marketing? In science failures can be more important than sucesses.
That is serious, if an hospital employee realy did pass patient records to the Anonymous blogger that hospital is hit! It sounded like in TFA that in order for the Hospital's parent Corp to prove the libel , the Hospital has to testify that HIPPA info was improperly released in violation of federal regulations and admit that they had failed to properly safeguard the Info by alowing it's theft! Now by proveing the "libel" they prved that the libelous content was really true and provide the blogger with an absolute defense. If this is what passes for critical thinking from the Corp's C-levels, finding demoralised employees should be trivial.
Considering that one of the major foundations of scientific method is repeatability, so to me not releasing the source code is like getting your data through divne revelation.

Why does a musician need to make money hand-over-fist anyway? because that's how Brintey Spears did it and look where she's at today.

Its the anal probing that does it
Quaid's character was a fighter jock, he flew F4 phantoms in 'Nam, and didn't become a drunk until after he was abducted by the alien scouts.

technically starches and cellulose are polymers so paper gaskets wouldn't be a good idea.
