The law is not an absolute concept. It is a convention full of flaws. When someone breaks an unfair laws he does not "deserve" punishment, even if he does it knowing he will get it, and if in the end he does not get the punishment much for the better, although it seldom happens.
Samsung has surpassed iPhone sales Worldwide with its S line alone. In US it is different. Apple is a lot more popular there than it is in average in the world, mainly because its early deals with AT&T and other carriers.
Not really. The stock prices do not necessarily and especially on their own tell how a company is doing, but more often than not they are a strong indicator of failure or success.
Don't be fooled by stupid FUDs. They would have to be insane to abandon a market where they are the top brand and extremely popular. A market they are taking from Apple and where they gain more and more ground as time passes. Samsung is stuck with Android for good. They may make phones with other OS, but their top flags with most likely run Android for a long long time.
In this case it is no different from some girl flashing her tits in a live broadcast of a news network. Add that to the fact that the girl in question is in the sex offender list and rest assured the guy will walk away.
And you have hit the nail on the head here. The problem is crony capitalism that is where we are heading too (and in many places already are). The excessive protection to big business IP and interests is what hinders any kind of innovation, and, as time progresses, laws keep being enacted to give them more and more power. There is no more need to innovate when you can control the markets by force of law. You can just slow crawl and make lots of cash.
Unless many "planes" launched off carriers are actually "glorified gliders" as well, of course.
All of those planes can take off on their own, except in situations they are in very restricted space, as in air carriers. The ability to take off on its own (given enough space) and landing in one piece is a requirement for something to be called a plane. Therefore the Wright brothers didn't invent the plane, the technology they developed was very important for its creation though.
Nothing the Wright Brothers did before Dumond was capable of taking off on its own and landing in one piece. I am not trying to take the merits from the Wright Brothers either, but credit must be given where it is due, although much of the technology used to create it was developed and improved by the Wright brothers and by many others too, as Gustav Weißkopf, the plane was invented by Dumond.
So I am crying.
Buahhhh! Buahhh! He is mean! Mummy!
Another slight correction to your insightful post.
I will put my head bellow my pillow and hide from the ugly ugly reality.
Corrected for you yet once again.
I note that I still want to deny reality.
Corrected for you again.
because I don't want it to be true
I corrected it for you.

I agree, "insightful" would be better.
Still in the market Apple serves, the high end smartphone market, Samsung alone has surpassed its market share.
Yet!
The chances of it happening are considerably lower than the chances of you dying in a car accident. Still many people keep driving cars...

Regarding its hardware? It is good, but inferior to its main competitors.
Regarding its software? It is Apple's poor excuse for an OS, feature poor and restrictive as usual.

You are right, having to jailbreak your phone to make it functional is too troublesome. One more reason not to buy an iPhone.
The iPhone 5 is not that good. The Galaxy S3 is far superior, and chances are we will have GS4 before we have any other iPhone.
Which only reinforces the GP point.
He started with a very lucid and logical complaint about misandry, but I reckon that it should be hard for you to realize you are a misandrist bitch.

Jury trial...
Suit yourself. If you already are in the sex offender list he has a very good case on his side.
If I wanted to do things like that I would use a discreet spy cam not Google glasses, rest assured.
