you just have to find a functionality, and stick with it. nothing sucks more then a site that does different things diffferent ways across different pages.
keep your navigation simple, and easy to use. and unless your an amazing pro, don't go near flash. it takes real talent, and real technical knowhow to do it well.
I bet people have said this already, but the real reason I bet is that it's being used as a tool to play pirated versions of the game.
if the BNETD project wasn't going, there would be no way to play the pirated war3 beta.
if anything, its the best use of the DCMA that I have ever seen. it wasn't a decision made to be stupid, their protecting their product in a very fair way.

the XBOX is NOT positioned right now to compete with TiVo. It doesn't have the hardware, (coax connection, the DVD remote doesn't have enough functions) and it doesn't have the software. I havn't hacked my xbox, but I don't think the put any DV encoding and storage software in there. true, you could install some software... but I think that would be the WRONG thing for M$ to start doing. "Buy your Xbox, and don't forget to get your monthly update software" It's not a PC, we can't go get a bigger hard drive when windows starts taking up 2 gigs of HD space.
M$ isn't dumb, even when their clueless. the xbox is NOT ready to compete with TiVo. maybe Xbox 2... but they won't be able to sell that... as mentioned before in this thread.

Creative labs has had HORRIBLE trouble with the enthusiast market recently, your experiances are a perfect example of this.
Dell for instance, has responded by selling turtle beach sound cards in their recent boxes over Creativelabs.
