You Can't Say the guy first asks the question if you should respond to the whish - banning swearing among children - at all. I wonder if this has been discussed in your case. Or did you go straight ahead trying to solve a social challenge with a few lines of code?
It seems you are defining 'devastated' in human terms. In a more general view it is not said that a galactic collision - leading to just another state of i.e. a cluster - is a devastation. It's much more only a dramatic alteration.
I'm sure we've got some guys here who have written thesises about how a secure voting system might work and how it should be implemented.
How about submitting some essentials.
Where is the problem?
The art lies not in the images these guys paint but in the invention they have made. The invention itself is unique and stays that - no matter how often it is duplicated.
Beyond that, I admire the simlicity of the construction. Two controlled strings and gravity is all these guys need to build a highly versatile Plotter. Compare that to commercial products!
