You cannot reasonably promote marijuana and argue against hallucination. Weed is a hallucinogen. On the other hand, as far as i'm concerned weed good, religion bad.

Because - quite simply a "market" in this sense is something like "console gamers" market != product type.

as long as they are seen to be trying to make a profit in their xbox department they should be ok (legaly that is ethics are left as project for the reader)

well that is how i see it anyway

Of course we can speculate, that is all we can do until we have some proper evidence(then we can begin deducing and similar fun things)

Even more offtopic - does anyone know of a cure for pedantic tendencies other than a DIY lobotomy?

Interestingly, the converse is true: Too little funding does prevent good work.

Sorry to be pedantic but that is not the converse case, that would be "Because better work does not equal more money." It is the reversing of order rather than the reversing of logic.(usind defs from webster because i cannot be arsed to find an english dict)

Also your use of absolute rather than relative terms makes the statements very different both in terms of emotive quality(too little is not the oposite of more and better is not the same as good)

Wasn't a flame but feel free to mod it as one. Oh and i agree with what i think you were saying if not your usage of the language.

    Hmmm...
    • Eyesight improved with artificial lenses and wide spectrum light sensors.
    • Continual monitoring of body chemestry to make sure the driver doesn't die or pass out unexpectedly.
    • Armour plating to reduce the risk of death or injury in accidents.

There are certainly others, and i don't know how many of these are feasible but as this is just off the cuff stuff i cannot be bothered to think about them too much.

Of course the best way to improve the driver in the majority of cases is to replace the fucker with a computer(or in many cases a crack addled monkey but I digress).

In summation - doubt all you like but i will be strongly betting the other way.

IIRC the problem with useing the 1800 band is that US military coms already uses it - so it moved up a bit.
That could be completely wrong but I'm sure I heard it from somewhere and it sounds like a nice explanation to me.

That is fine as long as they follow standard console marketing plans and lose money on each box to regain it on games sales.
I for one plan to buy an XBox once it is hacked so I don't have to get their signed software ;-)
