im guilty of abandoning my cart at the last minute. often times, you go through the whole thing, look at the shipping charges, fill out everything, only to find something on back order. i think that if online retailers did a better job of letting you know things before you get to the shopping cart, they wouldn't have so many problems.
i think the problem is a lot larger scale than the administration thinks it is. with so many americans in the penal system already, how will the courts and prisons possibly handle an influx of violators?
open source doesn't always mean free. it happens that way alot, because the majority of the open source community provides its products for little or no cost in order spread its ideals. Look at redhat, or open office. these are open source programs that have a cost. Support and well written manuals create extra value for the consumer. The traditional model that closed source software uses is based on intellectual property. since open source doesn't really have that issue, you have to provide servies in addition to the product to create revenue.
so did france, great britain, russia, china, india and pakistan that we can confirm. brazil, south africa, germany, israel, iran and just about any other state with an advanced understanding of the atom could figure out how to do it. north korean nukes are likely. but the notion that they would use them and risk total destruction at the hands of every nuclear nation on earth is insane even for those crazy bastards.
several hundred years ago, you were lucky to live past 50. It's only recently that we've begun to have the life span to acquire these really long term repetitive stress injuries.
only if you can also get a WTFpwning merit badge.

what happens when you run out of gas at 2500 feet?
tales of Symphonia was a great game, as was animal crossing and harvest moon. those games sucked hours of my life away. hours and hours and hours...

It might be built out of cheap plastic and recycled newspaper though. Of course, when NASA called tech support, they'd have no idea how to help.
oh, no. the israelis are crazy. so are the palestinians. the subject of israeli nukes is just off topic.
