If I could get 900K a year for any job (I will do near anything at this point). I would be more then happy to pay 300K of that to the Federal government.
The boss did more then demand mediocrity from him. He frigging pretty much did everything thazt would be directly against ever fiber of a heros being. Even a normal person can stop a mugging.
Wow, you missed the whole threaad of weakness that Mr. Incredable suffers after his capture. How he nearly killed Mirage on the island. The whole reason why he tells his wife to stay back at the end and how no matter how strong he is, he isn't strong enough (in the moral way) to cope with the loss of his family.
Crikey, all this is turning into is a whole lot of people overreading their own issues into a film and totally getting it wrong.
As for people being "heros" who are not supermen, the guy working at an insurance agency who actually helps customers as oppose to being a toady to the greedy bos (hey all that matters is shareholder value) is as much a hero as any of the supers. Missed that mesage did you?
If more "normal" people in real life would help out and do what they can this society would be 10 times better. It seems like most people (I dont know about yourself and other posters) are waiting for some kind of superman to make everything better.
Sorry for the second reply, I forgot to add this to my first message. Syndrome is a "bad guy" because he kills people. Instead of using his gift of invention to better the world as well as himself (what would paint him a a good guy) he "turns to the dark side" and ends up unleashing a nearly unstopable killing machine into a large civilian population area. I had a little sympathy for him at first, but really he turned into a monster, and frankly it's rather insane to blame Mr. Incredible for it, since Incrediboy was mostly to blame for the events (the chain of events leading up to the train scene) that cause Mr. Incredible so much trouble that they must go into hiding.
If you had caught some of the interviews with the creators, you might find out some tings: Elastigirl being the mom and "stretched thin" was in the characters design. The father in a typical american family is told he needs to be "strong" so they made Mr. Incredable realy strong. Same goes for the others in the family.
As for Dash/Flash, so what? Flash is a DC character and the Fantastic Four is a Marvel group. Apples and Oranges IMO. There were many referances and satire if you happen to know a bit about comic and supers from the Golden Age to the 80's (MOst of the barely shown supers were Golden/Silver age style).
My wife and I saw one of two 11:30 showings saturday at the Easton Town Center 30 and it had the ROTS trailer.

Humor in Games?

· Score: 1
Not just humor. Floyd iin planetfall was like a little brother. I still tear up thinking of him making the dash to get the keycard from the room full of mutants. One of the only game characters I ever felt that much about. The planet really fely lonely after that.
I agree with you about accuracy vs. precision. I was just seeing a lot of: Someone points out some vote problem, second person launches off into "why cant you liberals accept...".
Granted there are a few nut jobs (originally I typoed that as netjobs, maybe we need a new word for netkook) saying the election has been stolen, but like I said, I doubt once all the errors are found (that we can find) and fixed the overall outcome would be still Bush in the White House.
I think the entire race up till 2nd day after was a sham. Not the votes, but the way the candidates and the supporters behaved towards each other and the public who was voting.
I've finally (after only legally being able to vote for 4 presidential elections) gotten sick of things enough to try to find out what I can do to change things.
On a different topic. In your sig, are you referring to a Native American or someone from India?
I dunno who tipped the reporter off, but the vote data is posted publically and the reason it was found was because someone who cared, looked and saw something wrong.
No matter who or what side was involved this basic action needs to be done all the time to catch any problems either accidental or intentional.
I think the bigger problem is we are starting to see reports of voting problems (votes not tallied, extra non existant votes, ect) roll in from mor then 1 precint in Ohio. While I think that unless there is a bombshell among them, bush won the election. I as an American, and Patriot, will not rest until all the votes are counted and any problems/irregularities identified and dealt with.
I am allready starting to do what I can to put preasure on the people in my area of government to fix the issues I ahve seen.
I think, if you look closely, you will notice IBM publicaly stationg they have no intention in engaging in IP extortion like so many other companies inthe world. At least under current managament I trust them on this statement. Things may change, but we will have plenty of warning.
I wish people whould educate themselves about what was going on in Ohio before they tlk out their ass about it.
No one, and I mean no one knew "last night" what the total votes were in Ohio because in some areas as late as 4:30 this morning people were still casting ballots due to then having waited from before the polls "closed" last night in line to vote.

I seem to remember an old Terminator Franchise PC game in the mid 90's had a point where you are driving a jeep.
Playing FPS games since Doom and you missed Dual Wield (early/mid 1990's feature to some FPS games)?
First FPS I remember dual wield was Rise of the Triad, back in 1995. I wouldnt be suprised if ROTT was not the first game with it.
He was a great inventor, not a great hero or villian.
My guess is it's probably one of the autos in the freeway/offramp scenes. They remind me of playing Burnout.

The Volcano Lair was straight out of James Bond.
Even reminded me of the Parody Casino Royal.

Will this RADAR be able to tell the undercover cops from the terrorists?

Try playing Siren... All these Japanese people in Japan with cockney accents.
You need to reasearch Monsanto some more, there are people who fix prices and sit around and laugh about people inthe 3rd world starving to death.
Listen to the recordings made of the secret meetings between Monsanto execs and other agricorp execs.
Monsanto is easily as evil as the worst columbian drug cartel, they just shoot less people.
I have never seen this before, explain how using only the throttle and brake you can stter a car?
Neopets are still insanely popular with adults as well.
Some parts of ohio are 70/30 for one or the other. Some parts are more liek the 51/49 we see all over the US.
