You gotta be kidding me! I've been working in the US for 2 years now. Originally from South Africa and if I can take dollars to South Africa I'll be a billionare. You have to look extensively at the cost of living, how much a car costs, a house, groceries, food, everything you can think of.
Trust me I've been through it. I found some sites that helped me coming to the US, but don't recall them.

What about Junk mail I receive on a daily basis? I would say that 75% of my mail is junk mail. I don't see SPAM ever going to go away.
