File an IC3 for LE reference. Then local cops, who will hook you up with a detective most likely. They wont have the know-how and may or may not elevate it to local fbi, white collar crime div. Or the local cops will take down a report slowly being fed into the shredder.

Make a MAC whitelist, only add known devices. Whitelist your ip for remote management. That would at least make it far more dufficult. I know you can easily spoof an ip and MAC, but I dont believe you can spoof to a SPECIFIC MAC. All this after a firmware reload and full reset. Stopping any kind of mitm is very difficult though. I would get LE involved... The evil twin thing makes me think he/she is trying to phish info, and/or zombie you, and/or use you as a proxy. All of this would warrant LE. They take seemingly *malicious" intrusions very seriously. Elevate-to-local-fbi serious.

I know you're an idiot because you said "just bytes" as if what they contain is irrelevent. Thats like saying its okay to kill humans because we're really just a bunch of worthless molecules right? Can I hop on your online banking accounts and empty them? Just bytes right? Cybersex is strictly writing to each other. How is that not speech (dont say the obvious thing)? Porn has value to society. Its called sexual gratification. I know if im alone, and it's 3am, and im worked up...a good ol porn tug is very satisfying. I would be a lot easier person to deal with if others were around. So wait if I write a book or article should it have to be approved as "having value?" Im sure those committees wouldnt get corrupted. Of course it's like a religion its a cultural belief. In most instances I agree we shouldnt mettle in others' affairs. However in any instance that it could affect US we need to. Formatting is probably gone because the S2 and slashdot app dont get along.

Its a thing in which people have a persistent existence. In a lot of applications you exist as a virtual avatar. In MMOs...well that one is obvious. Sounds like a strong enough parallel to justify theterm. Maybe not in the 80s...Even if it's not perfect...it's just a metaphor to teach stupid people..a learning framework of sorts.
