Of course you can, you just charge it during your drive to/from work - or is that also part of your fitness regime? Heck, charge it while at work, have it sit right in front of you (and put it on when you leave your desk, of course).

I notice that some researchers are actually claiming that a 0.2 W per square meter change in solar output somehow causes climate changes on par with a supposed 2 W per square meter heating today from greenhouse gases (other than water vapor).
