    what would be the point of doing a copy of a copy etc?, the point is always having the original and using its dna, you can always make more stem cells of the original and keep that batch alive, if you fail to do that then it seems you will not have any business in cloning?

  3. having a click to activate will make it easier for malware, as people will just click and dont think, most dont want to be bothered and this will bother people to just click and not think

    it will be even better\easier for sites with malware to be spread as they know can have: click here to activate flash and then it starts a download\exe\whatever to hijack the browser\computer

    dmca is covered up in the wipo treaty that is signed by the eu, that germany is part of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...
    same things with eula that is valid in all countries beside the part that contradicts the countrys law

    Whatever the car is assumed to see something this trivial(seems idiots here assume detection is trivial) it is more idiotic that the driver was stupid enough to not see it himself.
    Too bad that he died but good that this moron didnt take anyone else with him, a moron who put his faith in a opt-in beta function and following the instructions.

    Slowing down just because you are going under is something no driver would do when you are in a highway\high speed road, if the speed is 100 km/h why would you slow down to a reasonable speed, like 40 km/h?

    Why would it slow down because it cant see?, what is the normal behaviour in doing that, a human driver would never do that thus a computer driver should not need to do that.

    They probably didnt change any game or rule, paypal probably has a statment in the agreement that probably says, if you do something fucky expect to be fucked.
    Everyone has them, just because it doesnt state to the letter every single thing you should not do to break the rules it doesnt mean it doesnt apply.

    can you trust them from the start that they will keep your stuff secret?, if it was so easy then even companies wouldnt care for having their own servers with secrets, but all comes to the trust part.

  22. Maybe because you are not giving them any evidence, you are giving them access, there is no evidence in the encrypted drive until they have found something.

  23. This is the truth, having a website requires so much more than having setting up a server so everyone can use git or similar. The hell to having to setup domians, getting certs, firefwall, ftp, balancing servers and so on.

    Just using php and thlm and css nowadays will be short unless you are talking about html 5 that is basically javascript
