You can tell that by reading his posts where he often provides "facts" by linking to youtube videos of that old retired fascist windbag giving speeches that no thinking person would want to listen to. roman_mir is just a modern day fascist, who hopes to make himself a prominent position in a resurrection of fascist ideals so that he can force his way near the top of the very narrow power pyramid.

Fascism is only a form of collectivism, a subset, same as socialism is a form of collectivism.

Not in the way you use the term "collectivism", fascism is not a form of it. Fascism is only the concentration of power into the hands of very few, with ultimate and unquestionable power exerted over the rest. The neo-capitalism that you endorse in your postings is truly only a modern incarnation of fascism, as you want to see an extreme concentration of power into the hands of very few with the rest left no recourse at all.

If there is a way to identify the employees that file claims against employers, this information needs to be provided to the employers that are interested in figuring out if they are hiring somebody who is more likely to sue them and then it's their choice to take or not to take this risk.

So you're saying you want to build a service that makes a blacklist of people who employers would not want to hire, so that employers can reject them out-of-hand based on what might or might not even be accurate or relevant information. You would, of course, not make this information accessible to the employees themselves, as it would not be in your interest (as the seller of said service) to allow them the opportunity to know what information is available about them or give them a chance to respond to it.

Wow. Once you couple that with your dream state of uber-fascism where employees can be forced to work 23.9 hours a day for no pay at all, I'm glad I don't live where you want to live.

I'm sorry that you are such a devout follower of Ron Paul that you can't handle people who dare to point out that he is not the greatest person ever to breathe air. The fact of the matter remains, however, that Ron Paul was not concerned with the ethical or humanitarian aspects of war, he was concerned only with the government's ability to pay for it. I will even concede that indeed that was a valid point, and I agree that the Bush administration was full of shit when they claimed that the war would "pay for itself" and "be over quickly", I agreed with those criticisms although they were not my main objection to the war nor were they what Kucinich said against the war.
