    Theoretically interesting, but not entirely representative of the current situation, since:
    a) In the past, the Crimean Tatars had been forcibly deported and Russians moved in, and
    b) The presence of foreign Russian military has a non-zero effect on what the autonomous republic "wishes", in particular the scuttling of a ship to block a port and military personnel removing identification from their uniforms.

    "The current regime in the Ukraine are a bunch of racist assholes."
    The Crimean Tatars are familiar with the concept.

    So instead of helping people to learn how to make better presentations, they're going to punish people with bad handwriting. Did someone get their feelings hurt when someone else made a better presentation?

    There's one tremendous problem with using a chalkboard, whiteboard, etc. that everyone forgets: any board low enough for the presenter to write on is low enough to be blocked by the presenter when they stand in front of it. My thesis advisor was convinced that chalk boards were better but never learned to step to the side so we could see what he had just written.

    Why should this be a matter of speculation? You can look at the claims yourself.

    Of course we can be fairly sure that what has happened is that somebody read only the abstract of the patent application and took the most extreme interpretation they could think of on the spot, because reading the actual claims looks like work.

    The Ukranian SSR was one of the founding members of the USSR. The Crimea was not transferred until 31 year later.

    It was the quoted Erikderzweite that invoked the dichotomy "So, if the Nazis are on one side, I'm on the other." Half-pint HAL was pointing out the problems of such a false dichotomy.

    How did you find the URL for the website?
    Which agencies have a location based search on their website? (FBI does, Secret Service does not, etc.)

    How long would you mess around with that before you gave up and switched to Google Maps and searched for the agency starting with the map centered on your current location to find the closest local office for that agency?
