Summary: Police want to search your car. Nothing benefits you and lots is bad.
Scenario 1: They find nothing and you go on your way. This is the BEST scenario from a police searching your car and you have lost time.
Scenario 2: They find nothing, but during the search they dropped your stuff on the ground and broke something. They aren't liable for that. Now you have a broken widget, lost time.
Scenario 3: They find a knife or other item you put there months ago while moving and you told them you had no weapons when they walked up. You now have lied to the police.
Scenario 4: You say to the police officer "I am sorry officer, I do not consent to searches". The police officer has no other reason to search you and sends you on your way.
When you're being questioned by the police, anything you say can be taken the wrong way and turn out bad for yourself. Saying things to the police at BEST leaves you right where you started. You're not getting cookies after the interrogation...
The project was/is worked on in my home town, although the person who owns the land they are leasing wanted to force them to sign a 10 year lease instead of a shorter lease has dropped their lease and they are leaving the area in first quarter 2013 to go back to Detroit. There were fuel cell cars driving here on test runs constantly, although since the announcement that has pretty much stopped. On the outside the cars looked like normal GM cars (Of course with nice "GM FUEL CELL CAR" decals branded on it)
Actually, he came pretty damn close to being able to drive 65-80MPH with high heat levels. What he didn't do was actually charge the damn thing like he is supposed to and like he said he did. The last charge was just to 28%, not the 70+% he said.
Like the car or not, but to LIE about the conditions you drove it at is just bad journalism. I hope the guy is fired. I would say the same thing if he put 4 gallons into a ICE Car and claimed the car didn't run as advertised.
Sure why not? Just run whatever charge port you're using through a kill-a-watt type device to meter it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kill_A_Watt While I'm not sure the Kill-A-Watt device itself supports it, if you can afford a Tesla and high speed charger install, you can afford a meter on that install.
Is that really true though? Internal Magazines aren't banned, you're just not allowed to load more than 7 rounds. I can take an 1897 Winchester Shotgun and put only 7 rounds into the internal magazine and it will work perfectly fine. An M1 Garand doesn't load like that. You need to get a full en-bloc clip (8 rounds) and press that into the magazine. If you only put 7 rounds into the clip the gun doesn't load properly.
There are some things that *ARE* being taken. M1 Garand has an internal magazine that holds 8. When you load it you load a clip of 8 and press it into the magazine. Because you have to load the gun with a full clip you are loading too many bullets into the gun when you load the gun (even if you then immediately remove one bullet from the gun, you are a criminal for having put 8 into it at once. Legally using this gun is very questionable in NYS right now. Does the gun count as a relic? It's greater than 50 years old on design, but there have been a large portion of these guns rebuilt in the last decade with new wood, etc. Does this affect the relic status?
Except that the Flu is transmitted through cough and mucus. If you're not sick from the flu even with it in you you're not transmitting the Flu. Use some critical thinking Gravis777
Sorry, but it isn't. MITM means the man in the middle pretends to be the server when you talk to him, then pretends to be you when the server talks to him. He then stands in the middle, encrypting to you, encrypting to the server, pretending to be both.
Sadly, I know someone who *DID* walk uphill to and from school. Split custody with parents. His mother lived downhill from the school, his father uphill. In the morning, he would walk from his mother's house to the school, uphill. In the afternoon his mother worked, so he would walk home to his father's house, uphill from school. His mother would pick him up at his father's house and bring him home at night. He always had shoes though =)

Look up drug legalization and Portugal.
I haven't seen an update to my X-Wing vs Tie Fighter game for a very long time... still waiting...

Hint from an old fogey, no one needs to know you mis-moderated. Just post a relevant post later in the thread and pretend it never happened.
Yeah... did you miss the part where it went to the redundant unit and sent an error to mission control? Sheesh.
No one with a 5 digit UID I can assure you that.
And unless Boeing already has a plane in the works, I'm not sure I'd believe their claims of being able to do it cheaper any more than Lockheed's.
*sigh* It's in the summary. The Super-hornet is what they are talking about. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boeing_F/A-18E/F_Super_Hornet
This is a picture of what the car looks like, although this wasn't taken in my area, so I can't say if it is the same car as the one that was cruising around the village. http://www.fuelcelltoday.com/media/1726184/equinox_project_driveway_gm_489x285.jpg

Shooting someone with a gun is illegal (in most cases). Shooting a gun is not. Driving drunk is illegal. Driving is not.
Nothing in the executive orders changes definitions of assault weapons. That portion is going to go through an increasingly hostile congress.
You're right. I'm not sure where I got the idea that guns of 50 years of age had special treatment.
A clip is not a magazine. The magazine is internal. Internal magazines are mentioned elsewhere in the bill.
Bayonet mount on yours? Mine doesn't have one. Also the magazine isn't detectable. What part of the law makes you think they are assault weapons?

Senate can't vote on a budget until the house gives them one. If they don't like what the house delivers is doesn't pass. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Article_One_of_the_United_States_Constitution#Section_7
