And the personnel responsible for the actual coding are hardly to blame. They were told to create a web portal that would allow customer's to shop for health insurance. Quite literally at the 11th hour, our Leader changed the game completely on them! Instead of the site having the task of helping customer's find insurance, it was converted in an information gathering site. And only after all the personal information is collected, are the customers even allowed to reach the information they need to make a decision on their healthcare. This is NOT about Healthcare, it is about controlling a population!
If it wasn't so obvious this law has hidden agenda's before its rollout there can be no doubt now. And there will be no delay in the implementation, because the President cannot allow this rollout to stop, or even slow down. If he delays it, he opens the door for others to demand delays as well. As long as the schedule remains untouched the other side cannot change it either.
The country now knows for certain that he has been lying to them from the very beginning. And no one has gotten incensed enough to call for the President's resignation publicly, so there is no reason for the President to tell the truth about anything for the rest of his term.
The President and his political cronies think we are all too stupid to be living in the first place. Millions of people were paying for their healthcare, with the policies that fulfilled their needs, as far as they were concerned. So, what does the ACA do? It makes all those policies obsolete by regulating them out of existence! Then our Liar-in-Chief tries to blame the dastardly Insurance companies for cancelling the coverage, when his own regulations made keeping those policies impossible, and he knew that was true, because that was a very important part of his plan in the first place. No insurance company would REQUIRE a late-twenties Male customer to include maternity care in an individual policy. It takes the Government to do something that stupid and unfair.
And the current administration has been masterful in changing the topic as soon as any single topic starts to attract any meaningful attention. In every instance they have successfully changed the conversation away from anything that demonstrates their level of corruption, ineptitude, or over-reach. They never address any of those questions in any meaningful manner other than obfuscation. The Commander-In-Chief lies to the American people when the truth would do.
I remember being in High school and discussing the horrible propaganda coming out of the USSR, and feeling sorry for the populace in the USSR because their leaders weren't allowing them to see what was going on in the world outside of the USSR. Now, Americans have let what used to be a trusted information source transcend into just another part of the Political machine that is the US Government. There are still media voices of descent, but they are immediately labeled as unPatriotic, unAmerican, or civil terrorists. No make no mistake about it, we now enjoy the same propaganda machines in the USA that chilled us to our bones when used by those that wish us and our way of life ill.
I haven't completely gone away for the main stream media outlets, but now I can't even watch a football game without someone deciding to make political commentary at half-time! And the people that pay Bob Costas' salary are guilty of providing the soapbox. He shouldn't have a job in sports broadcasting. If he wants to spout political rhetoric he needs to do so in another forum other than Sunday Night Football. And NBC should be boycotted by every American that believes that Sports broadcasting should be left to sports and not political rhetoric.
With over half of the adult population receiving government handouts in some form, it will be all but impossible to get these politicians voted out of office, because how many people do you know that would vote against the very people that are providing them with a living income? When you add together the non-working entitlement consumers to the number of folks that work directly for the Federal Government, and are therefore totally dependent on the Government for their economic existence, it doesn't take a rocket scientist or even political scientist to see that the workers of this country are in the minority.
The "Blame" belongs to the TOP authority in this country. The President's written duties call for a Budget to be presented to Congress yearly. The current President has not sent Congress a budget, ever in his 5 years in office. And if he would stop lying to the American people every time he opens his mouth and just did the job he was elected to do, a great deal of this could have been avoided by him simply doing his job.
When the President refuses to follow the Laws of the Land, instead of just those he wants to follow to hit opponents over the head with, maybe the system could work the way it was designed to work.
As long as our Chief Executive continues to make his own rules as he goes along our political system will be broken.

He promised to go over the budget line by line to get rid of government waste, and he hasn't so much as proposed a full budget since he took office! Why can he get away with that? He is the one that is supposed to be send THEM the budget, not the other way around!

The law says that the vehicle is in use while the motor is running, and the vehicle is capable of movement, or words to that effect. So for those complaining, if you just got the message while sitting at the light, you may feel you have something to complain about, but you are still behind the wheel of a 3,000 lb weapon, and your attention should be focused on that. If you got the text while in motion, you have already violated the intent of the law by being aware of the text in the first place. (I'll place big money on the fact that you already allowed yourself to be distracted by reading the text before you stopped moving).

The only way to deal with texting in a vehicle is to ignore them until you can set aside the time to read and respond, or have a passenger read and respond for you. Otherwise, pull over, put the vehicle in a safe stationary mode, Park, Emergency brake, motor off and in-gear, etc., and then there is no concern you are breaking a law as long as you safely pulled out of traffic, and picked a safe and legal location to park in.
The NSA is the supreme code-cracker of all code-crackers. They basically invented the word encryption as it relates to modern times. If they can access it, I bet they can crack it, (since they wrote most of the algorithms used for encryption).
They now read your emails, listen to your cell calls, and probably read your letters. And, they provide that information to the Administration in power. George Orwell was being a fortune teller, he was demonstrating what you get when you give a government that much power. We weren't there in 1984, so his timing was off, but we most certainly are there now. I don't get it. Everyone talks about the methods created. The events of 9-11-1 pretty much forced the US population to agree to the implementation of the Patriot Act. And the Act itself is viable. The issue with the current Administration isn't that they continued to run a program that everyone agreed was intrusive. This Administration has used the information that is now gathered in real-time, (vs looking at it as archived data to be used when needed), and used that information for the advancement of their agenda politically. They have lied at every turn for the last 5 years. Which one of this Administration's demonstrations of over-reach, ineptitude, or just total lack of knowledge of what is going on in their branch of the administration has been resolved to anyone's satisfaction? Fast and Furious? Benghazi? Using the IRS as a political weapon? The unwarranted investigation into the Associated Press? The Justice Department wrongfully and secretively surveilling James Rosen including his Parents private communications? The justice Department fighting perfectly legal State Laws, that are perfectly legal in the state but does not agree with Federal policies in Washington?
Has anyone received any information that even suggests that anyone at all has been held accountable for anything regarding any of these issues? How is it possible our Government can run this far amuck but suffer no consequences?
