I disagree about modding it for the cool factor. I have found that ripping your games and putting them on the harddrive has a faster load time. Additionally, all the various media apps out there make entertainment a bit more enjoyable.
Don't get me wrong, there is something to be said about streaming a movie (or music) from my server to the xbox wirelessly.
You can do both you know. Get a liberal arts degree with an emphasis on computer science. Some people look at this as the easy way out, however it's just another aspect of running a business - being able to clearly explain what it is you developed to someone who hasn't got a clue.
The guy didn't even put spikes on for feet. I would love to see this perform on a wood floor. It would be all over the place w/ that flat board as the bass.

Actually, this is the same effect as using a p2p service. You're not authorized to distribute the media.
And downloading random mp3s from kazaa gives you "cool artwork, built in convenience"?
