> Did this guy forget that NVidia is designing the GPU for PS3? If Cell is so almighty, why does Sony uses NVidia GPU instead of using more Cells for graphic prosessing?
Why are you so sure that Nvidia are using their own hardware tech? It makes almost as much sense to get NVidia's graphics optimisation and other intellectual capital creating streaming apulets on Cell
Given that the P800 is running the EPOC OS, MP3 players are readily available for current hardware (eg. Nokia 92xx) and will presumably be available in minutes...
Much more useful would be a set of GPL software running on top of the proprietary OS, since I doubt that Linux could provide the integration with the hardware that's necessary for these boxes.
The overlap between file manager and browser is largely for navigation. Apart from this browsers don't (generally) claim to allow movement or management of files, and file managers have tended not to be application or data viewing engines.
I'd say that the continued separation of these functions is better than any attempts to merge them. Even the overlap between navigation in browsers and file managers is just a visual kludge.
I prefer the approach to reverseing aging put forward by Kim Stanley Robinson in the Red/Green/Blue Mars books - Use a DNA store and wait until gene splicing techniques are advanced enough to repair your aged genes to an earlier state.

Play with toys like this & you might just end up with a nation of passive consumers without any initiative!
