umm IIRC 1.) you dont work for MSN... you are a subcontract working tech support via some other company 2.) there are three US tech support sites for MSN, one in Canada, and one in Brazil.

Well, getting an order that says they cant come back online till they can guarantee that no songs on the service are copyrighted is a great way. The animated Lars Ulrich on Metallicops put it best when he said "Ding Dong the Fucking Napster's dead!"
At my school the smart kids are given access (and sometimes even paid) to manage different things... i get the honor of doing everything side by side with the admin, they did this after i hacked the distrct... and three schools... grades, internet, and file servers. i havent had a reason to do any of that crap since the hired me on to do work for them.
dont get cable phone, one of my friends got 6 free months of it. they put you into clusters and the more ammount of people on the line the quality degrades or you dont get any dial tone at all!

Plus all that change is pretty damn annoying, carrying around loonies and toonies is just plain crazy!
