You know reading this reminded me of the fact that their are power WIN2k users i for one am very comfortable in Linux although i have only been using it for 6+ years but i am also comfortable poking around and changing the registry in windows but before i could do either one of theses things i learned the basics what i really wanted to point out is that it works for just about any computer system if you are going to learn everything their there is to learn you start w/ the basics do jump right in and make a hybrid win32/ Linux Beowulf cluster
I don't seem to have a problem I don't see them at all I also don't have flash installed and I click no when it asks me if I want to install it
In my hosts file I have
ok the picture of the ceiling of the clouds and stuff this is a high quality projector so why not get it and hook up a svga output and make a cave like system their was an article a few weeks ago about that IATFLTLIU (I Am To Friggin Lazy To Look It Up) but if this gets down in price it could be a cheep why to use that big wall w/ nothing on it as a 8' screen
I remember in high school we had a star lab it was an inflatable dome that you crawl in it could fit around 15 people and it projected the start up on the dome in the exact places they would in if you were star gazing as i recall we teamed up w. 3 or 4 other schools to buy it so it was a bit expensive
But for those of use who leave them on i don't see why they need this a computer is able to output from the sound card in to (just about) any stereo on the market today the only other electronic device i have in my apartment is my toaster oven my computer is the stereo (w/ 5.1 surround sound) TV, dvd player, vcr, and radio so what do you need something like this for?
than really if you have an uptodate systems w/ all the patches this shouldn't work becasue i dont think their is a win23 API for install_virii_while_user_isnt_looking and it know their isnt one for linux and i can't see a reason for it to be in OS X
i wouldnt pirate XP if i could install it on other computers for $20 hell i may even have paid up to $40 but $189 is a lil out of the park is it illegal to copy the CD if you own a licence and dont give it out i.e. back up reasons? or buying the extra licence and making a copy of the disk for that licence?
i dont know casue you dont actually own the software or are kind "renting" it i dont know the term but since its not yours i dont think you can crack it i'd say go for it casue they cant tell (if your not caught its not illegal):)
me: I just upgraded my computer and need to reactivate
M$Tech" (typing sounds) yes sir what did you change
me: my Motherboard, cpu, ram, nic, and harddrive.
M$Tech"I'm sorry you haven't changed 6 items yet please call back once you have changed something else... thank you for calling microsoft today (the click of a phone hanging up)
I just finished reading the treaty and IMGINAL (I Am Glad I'm Not A Lawyer) alo it dosent seem that bad its up to each country to implement the laws and that will take forever w/ the US system and hopefully the laws will be revised so as to not limit our personal freedoms
this release isnt exactly something i'd want to put on a production server im sure some of the alpha and/or internal releases of win2k or nt had problems too
this isnt that much related to this but your post reminded me of something i was wondering? if Andromeda is so huge and had a large crew why/how are they running w/ 5 or so people and if so why not have a crew of like 10 than capt. dylan wouldnt have to be soo sad about loosing his crew
what about my 10 gig's of porn on my harddrive? when can i look at that?
you may want to think about MySQL its a little bit better

"applied this modification (and that's what it is, specified in the EULA, whether you "feel" it's a mod or not)"
They did not change the software on the CD they did not change anything apple gave them they unselected an optional component in the install
It is wrong to steal the $129 Os for $30 but in this case far from illegal
