I don't usually have any noticable pain when I'm typing or at my computer. But I do get a low ache on right wrist whenever I happen to be away from a computer for more than a couple of days.
Yes, it's strange and I was wondering if anyone else happens to get that?
It's like my hands want and need the "exercise" and if I'm chillin' on some Mexican beach, with no one around but my beer and then unlocking it when I returned.
The idea is to stay loose and nimble, and keeping keys close to your finger tips, enough to minimize the extending of your falanges, is probably far better than keeping your fingers straight... such as some keyboardists do with far greater care than long finger nails deserve.
... I'm biting my tongue on this one because Brazil has enormously more complex problems than finding an equitable way of providing cheap machines to public schools.
But, I know regardless this is a good thing, and any executed ideas that proliferate open source to the rest of the Americas just adds another warning blip to the MS's marketing screens.
It was a particularly considerable blow to MS exec's in the know to have heard when one of the largest cities in the world decided to phase Linux based platforms to service their 20 million plus inhabitants. The reason being was that Mexico City has broken the ice and many more cities in the Americas will follow suit.
Personally, I'm brushing up on my Spanish... don't do the thing Proteges very well.
That's what we get with living in the richest country in the world; an apathetic, ignorant, and consumeristic populance. It's all hunky-dory in our backyards so no big deal.
If half of you would have the ballz take a trip to some other part of this world, other than Europe or Cancun, Mexico for spring break, then maybe then some of you would notice how messed up 80% of this world really is.
Maybe you even put a couple of concepts together and realize how much of this misery is being exploited by us. A lot of it down right criminal.
Hmmm.. nah. Stay home kids, the world is too ugly and the truth too unbelieveable. Where's my McDonalds hamburger anyway?!
Peace
