I never understood why prisons are mandated to install cell jammers around the entire prison. This simple solution would a) prevent violent and dangerous criminals from being able to communicate with cohorts outside of prison, and b) prevent corrupt guards from profiting through providing criminals with cellular contraband.
Municipalities should simply place a large tax on items sold with an arbitration clause. Then General Mills can watch what happens to there market share as people learn Tastee O's taste pretty damn similar to Cheerio's. And on another front, I guess minors will no longer be able to buy food because they are not old enough to enter binding contracts of any form?

Leave the theater and call. The ability to call 911 from anywhere is not guaranteed, nor is it a right. But if it makes you feel better, they can put emergency hard line phones on the end of every row.
Exactly! Or just line the inside of the theater with dental blankets. No signal, no phone... at least communication. Your still going to have asshats playing apps that don't require signal.
