First of all, you can't prove a negative. Comey had no way of knowing that Guccifer did not access that server.
Yes? With no evidence _for_ an event why assume it ever occured?
Exactly what sort of evidence do you think would have been found? Skilled hackers remove log entries and wipe timestamps so as to leave no trace they were there.
The things published about this case indicates that Guccifier were neither a hacker (in the technical sense) nor skilled. But even a skilled person have problem if they want to erase every evidence of a break in, one have to erase the logs of the erasing.
Why assume illogical and artificial barriers when simple logic is enough? The UK will have a worse position for making deals with the EU and the rest of the world, towards the EU as there will be no special offers in order to keep the UK inside (which have advantages to the rest of the EU) and the rest of the world as a smaller market have less say than a larger one.
Talking about punishing the UK is foolish - there's no need. But thinking that others will offer better deals with nothing in return is foolish too.
Now that is an oversimplification! "the people" may not like the EU but what they don't like varies a lot. Some want EU to be an European US with a proper federal government, common military etc. Some want EU to be a pure trade based organization between separate countries. Some want separate countries but with tight interconnections in economy and politics in order to reduce risks of war. There are other viewpoints...
Given that your second paragraph is trivially false.
I think that would be a wise thing even if the scales tipped in the other direction. A second _binding_ referendum that hopefully generates a larger difference between the two camps (no matter which wins) would be logical for a thing with such a huge impact.
In some places sex workers are completely legal, being unionized and having political representation. IMHO that is what to strive for - why make one kind of service so different to all other services that are provided? [Well the answer are Christians, "protectors of morality" and "protectors of women" - even though a huge portion of sex workers are men and the morality of not allowing sex services are iffy at best]
Now forcing people to sell sex in any way should have serious consequences, treating each forced sexual interaction as a rape seems reasonable.
Hacker: "Hey, I hacked Hilary's servers!" FBI: "Did you really?" Hacker: "Err nope." FBI: "Okay, as there is no evidence he did cross him off the list, who's next?"
Bullshit. The US legal system is one of the most trustworthy in the world. No it's not perfect but your ideas of secret deals from shadowy actors is a pure fantasy. Secret deals happen but for state security reasons, not for helping an individual candidate.
Unless you are one of the conspiracy theory nuts (which in most cases believe in multiple directly contradictory fantasies) the logical solution is that he was lying before. Otherwise there should have been evidence of the break-in and it would have been added to the severe criticism in the FBI report.
For a nut though it's just evidence for a cover-up. But for a nut everything is evidence for a cover-up...
Sadly we will never know as the reasons he was extradited and trialed are a state secret. There have been no reporting about his trial or sentence, no interviews with the "hacker" etc.:(/s
Yes because the alternative where incestuous promotion of a select subset of people creates "stars" is better than allowing people producing stuff that others like to become "stars". Because the film star that became one because his mother fucked someone is more genuine than Jane Doe that through hard work have gained a lot of regular followers. Yeah right.
Have/. become a dumping ground for old grumpy know-it-all's?
I think that went over your head... Try reading the post again - keyword "imagine"...
Personally I think he* is partially right, the DMCA and associated shit shouldn't be used for something like this. If a game developer have a persistent world where money transactions are involved (subscription fees should be enough) they should also be required to make cheats and security intrusions (almost**) impossible. Maybe not to the degree that they should be considered banks but something close to that would be logical. Many hacks in games are due to a fundamentally fucked up development environment, hacking instead of developing mostly due to pressures to deliver something rather than deliver something working.
(* sexist, most likely true) (** given the current state of art for programming almost impossible is the best possible level of security)
Using the same flawed thinking "the jews" must have negative morals given that they kill more Arabs...
But in the real world this isn't about all Arabs (look A - !!) supporting killing of all Jews ( J !!) and not even all Palestinians supporting killing of all Israelis (and vice versa). How about visiting us in reality?
The facts are that Israel (the state - not every Israeli) support illegal construction of frontier camps and even uses it as a political weapon. I don't know what illegal Palestinian construction you are talking about but I don't think you are wrong - however that is an internal problem for the Palestinian government to handle and not breaking international law.
Israel have in several documented cases razed homes of people that doesn't support terrorism, in some even for people not even related to the alleged terrorist.
Yeah, just ignore the Zionist terror that lead to many of the problems existing today. Both British and native Arabs were targets (also Jews that was seen as too liberal). Several terror groups had an ideology close to Nazism. The same groups e.g. killed the head of the UN at the time and participated in several terrorist attacks in other countries all over the world.
But that isn't the problem - the problem is there still are fanatics in positions of power in Israel that support this terror. Heck - several Israeli leading politicians were member of terror groups or groups that supported the terrorists! That's the problem!

I think he meant that ASIC miners are hardwired computers which they are.
Yes smells like propaganda...
We aren't supposed to as the motivation is still unknown.
Hacker: "Hey, I hacked Hilary's servers!"

Fixed that for you. *sigh*

You have already shown that you are an idiot so should anybody care what you believe?
You can't bee to bright - but the use of "pigs" and the comparison with STASI (short for STaatSIcherheit (sp?)) broadcast that clearly.

TL;DR Do some fucking homework yourself.

Ever read any of the far-right papers of Israel? There are fanatics everywhere, just try to accept it as a fact.
Racism is racism no matter the direction of it.

I think it's you that have no idea. Are there "terminator crops" out in the wild? Except the "natural" ones like bananas?
Pesticides are less deadly nowadays compared to earlier ones, regulations are harder and more tests are done etc.
Just a little question: how do you know his idea of socialism have ever been attempted before?
You do know that politics isn't a black or white thing, right?
