Why should the sperm donor be responsible for that when there are people having kids all the time when they really don't have the proper means, financial resources and responsibility to raise children. And don't get me started on irresponsible behavior as there is evidence of it all around.
One would hope so, but that's not always the case. Even though "parent responsibilities" can't be contracted away, the "right" to claim them as a dependent can.
It is any surprise that the government comes after every "profit" but they don't give you credit for every "loss"? Just ask someone who's been screwed by the apparent value of a stock option vs the real value....
My thoughts exactly. Who cares what they teach in 111, there are other classes that teach difference nuances of programming (15-412 and 15-451 were a couple of my favorites). Now if they announced that they weren't teaching OO to *any* students, I'd have to start scratching my head....
