PCs (this has already been covered in other posts)
Lot's of tables and chairs for board game, collectable card games, role playing games,... Maybe even for chess, who knows!
Also consider making your Gaming Center a store for theses geeks. Why not sell video games, collectable card games, figurines, comic books,... You could even sell and repair PC hardware, since you will probably need a technical person there at all times anyways.
Also, consider allowing people to bring their own PCs, specially for big events.
From my experience: -Usually, forums are filled with hard core gamers that do not always represent the large audience of your game. -It is very time consuming to read forums. As a developper, it is also very frustrating as alot of posts only contain negative, non constructive feedback. -When making a game, you cannot always take the perfect decision. It is very easy to propose solutions and ideas from the comfort of your home, but in the real world, there are deadlines to respect, technical limitations to live with,...
Finally, it will never be possible to make a game that everyone loves. I think we should let developpers make the game they envision, at least you get a game that has consistency (hopefully), and not a game that tries to make everyone happy, and fails at it.(jack of all trades, master of none...) This is a very interesting question, and I think it must be really hard to have a good opinion on the subject if you do not have experience as a game developper first. Maybe we should have a round table about this at the next GDC...
I like this. Just the idea that you can use your xbox to chat with people (no long distace charges) is pretty cool by it self. Other than that, they are really trying to make the xbox a cool and friendly ONLINE console. We are not seeing this from sony or nintendo. I like the idea of having a console open and online all the time. Think about people that do not have ICQ/MSN/Yahoo messenger/... they will be able to communicate using their Xbox. I can see really shortly in the future a version of MSN Messenger for the xbox dashboard...
I can already see what Nintendo really wants to do with this. Buy the new Pokemon XYZ game. To get a new creature, you ONLY have to buy a card, swipe it, and there you go, you have a new pet to play with. Of course, you can COLLECT thoses cards, and trade them with friend.
Nintendo is smart. This is a realy money making machine:)

Oh but you are wrong. What about GTA3? Who was the lead designer on that game? Can you name 1 person that worked on Never Winter Nights?
Yes, publishers are there to make money, and yes, we get LOTS and LOTS of licences and follow-up games. But there is room for innovation. Even if you name is not Spector, Meiers, Wright or Carmack.
I just got an Athlon XP 1700 and got the Dragon Orb fan for it. It works really well, but it makes the sound of a really loud hair dryer. Sometimes, you need to choose between performance and noise... With the Dragon Orb, you definitely do not go the silent way.

Thanks for the reply, but for me, sounds is not an issue. I havea nice window with a blue neon inside, so seeing the Dragon Orb is kind of cool.
