Is it just me, or is there some grammarian AC that's lurking around who likes to criticize those who screw up your/you're. Whoever you are, it's lame, stupid, and adds nothing to the discussion.
The easiest way I can think of is to require all papers to be written in pencil. When was the last time you got a printer to spit out hard copy in graphite?
I agree with that idea. If it were to be implemented, it would have to be tied into karma somehow so that people who would probably abuse their moderator points would either get points less often or not get them at all.
It's just a lame-ass attempt for Swatch to make money, and I sure as hell hope it doesn't work. If they were going to do it, they could at least use GMT, and find a better name, but it's not likely. Hopefully, it wil die a quick but painful death.
That is quite funny. I want to know what moron with no life took the time to write all of this up. Who do they think they are fooling? Or is this just some big joke site? The world may never know...

Actually, you are offtopic. Right now, this thread has absolutely nothing to do with the story. If you want to talk to your friends, go on IRC or Usenet or someplace like that, and leave the Slashdot boards for discussion about the story. Oh yeah, and lose the caps and the third-person talk, okay?
Moderators: Feel free to moderate this and all of my posts on this story down. They too are offtopic.
Someone wake up and moderate him down...jeez. This is the kind of dreck that has people laughing at Slashdot's boards. We really don't need it. Besides, he isn't saying anything worthwhile and it's very offtopic.
Free is used in the libre sense here, not in the gratis sense. The software can be sold for a price, but it is free and open for anyone who wants to to look at the source code, modify it in any way, and redistribute it.
Spam should fall under the same regulations that "junk mail" and telephone solicitations do in the U.S. People who receive spam should be able to report to someone if the particular message is advertising something illegal or obscene. Spam should also have to show truthfully where it originated from and who sent it out. Spammers should have to maintain lists of people who do not wish to receive their spam and fall under heavy penalties if they send spam to people on that list. We will always have to live with spam, just as we have to live with snail-mail advertisements and telephone solicitors, but there should be enforceable regulations in place to control spam.
Yeah, the kids are better behaved. They wouldn't try to buy it for fear of being caught (doesn't that say something about how we should educate our kids?)
IANAL also, but I was under the impression that you could not appeal a finding of fact, so it really doesn't matter yet.
I'm probably talking out of my ass here...

Offtopic, and proud of it too.
This is offtopic, but at Barrapunto.com, their equivalent of ACs is "Pendejos Sin Nombres," translated as Anonymous Assholes.

But that isn't the real issue here, is it?

Yeah, this is offtopic, but I don't care.

Yeah, this is offtopic...
Leopard seals, which live in the Antarctic, mainly eat penguins and other seals.
Can you please send me a copy of Windows that's as stable as Linux?
This just goes to prove how gullible some people can get. Wouldn't it be nice if someone would do a TV report exposing e-mail hoaxes?

It may be hype, but it's Star Wars and it's going to generate a lot of traffic.
I can tell why you posted as an anonymous coward, besides, it's not just a movie...
