Scientists always have more fun in the middle of a war, they just have to convince somebody that what they are doing is capable of dispatching the enemy.
The next big war should be fun though, mayeb I could try and get a job researching partical beam weaponry etc.
You could lay down some tracks and put bookshelfs on wheels in. That way you could use a lot more of the empty space and if you put them in the right spot, you could lock them in place in front of the doorway to prevent anybody else getting in and annoying you.
Firstly, Taekwondo is one word, secondly, my
lower back problems are caused by Taekwondo,
lots of bouncing around with 90 odd kilograms.
I'm a black-belt, 18yo, and the back problems
started recently, it is the intense training
sessions that do it, but I found that if I do
one or two uppercuts on both sides, lots of
power, little control, I can 'pop' it back in
place. I have no choice really, my head
instructor has been busy doing other things,
so it is myself and another black belt taking
the classes, he is a rake, so he cannot help me fix my back:(

All these images are cool, the effect of the image
slightly changing between frames add some nice effects, like the water and the forest. The forest one is scary, almost like there are Predators in there =:0
OK, howabout all books dead as well?
The aliens are nazis and after they EMPed us, they
burnt the books?, OR they have technology to move things to other dimensions, but like in the show
Sliders, they dont know where stuf goes.
All humans suddenly get dumped on an earth where
no sentient beings have ever been.
IMHO the second is better as like stated in an earlier post, we can cook up some red rocks and make iron.
In a situation like this, all tech will have to start at the ground up, agriculture is on top of the list, then medicine, then industrial revolution. Most high-school graduates should be able to build tech up to a BC(before computer) stage, they should also have developed some infrastructure that could be used to make 'puters.
That means that some of us can go on holiday while these guys are rebuilding society.

WHO do you credit the invention of the Radio to?
What kind of question is that?
Everybody knows that the late great (all hail) Nikola Tesla invented radio.
BTW I'm Oztaylian not American
