I'll just continue using my ski machine which allows natural motion of my legs, combined with natural arm swing, to exercise muscles from shoulder level down to my feet. The oblique muscles at my waist get exercise, and by exaggerating the arm swing and shoulder motion, I can increase the exercise level of the obliques. An interesting thing I have noticed is that, when I reach my target heart rate, if I increase my speed along with the exaggerated arm swing and shoulder motion, my heart rate decreases. I'm guessing that the increased contraction of those large oblique muscles is helping to pump the blood and easing the work load on my heart.
Some rural residents may have another option, if they are members of an electric cooperative. Neither out local nor long distance phone services provide broadband, and we don't have cable tv. We lived out here two years before we learned that out electric coop offers broadband internet service.
We have a router in the house, connected to an antenna mounted outside, which is aimed at an antenna on top of a water tower a mile away. It in turn communicates with the ISP 4 miles away. Our broadband speed is the same as that offered by local cable tv providers.
A few minutes spent with Google search reveals that sale negitiations are not binding UNTIL the seller accepts an offer from a potential byer. Then it becomes a contract to sell. Makes no difference if the negotiation is face to face or over the internet.
In response to Mr. Ballmers assertion that FOSS violates Microsoft patents, I quote my favorite (late) author, Dr. Isaac Assimov: "That remark bears an uncanny resemblence to the proverbial crockpot full of the fecal excrement of the male bovine."
In my experiences with math, from high school to college, the instructor is the determining factor.
Some people are visually oriented; pictures such as charts and diagrams help engender understanding. Other people are better at abstract symbols; pictures aren't much good to them. Some people learn best by observation of how something is done; some people have to roll up their sleves and get their hands into the learning experience. But, always, the teacher is the key.
I've always had trouble with algebra (because of a succession of algebra teachers), but little trouble with geometry, trigonometry, or calculus (because of a success of teachers).

Here's a list of applications to look through.

At least, that's the opinion of US and UK law.

Do you think that Google's 'sneak peak' search access increases sales or violates copyrights on intellectual property?
When I walk into a bookstore, I can peruse books before buying.
Now, I can peruse books via Google before buying.
In the first, I can physically handle books. In the second, I can electronically handle books.
The only difference I see between the two, is that, via Google, I don't have to leave home to peruse, and buy, books.
