Yes, this kind of camera has been available for almost two years now...The Nokia 808, which runs Symbian, and supports Qt-based apps, is still the best existing camera phone. Apparently, the Lumia 1020 has some improvements.
The carrier who would be best positioned (at least in Europe) to offer a decent data roaming option due to their relationship with the German carrier of the same name, and who partially owns them, only provides the insane price of $15 per MB (yes, per megabyte) for international data roaming. For comparison, Verizon and AT&T provide 100 MB for $20...
What about the many SIP-clients available on the AppStore?
I use XS4ALL SIP-client every day, and it reroutes my VOIP too!
The world is bigger without Nokia!
What about them? They require a separate app, Symbian had it built in, and the "Internet calling" capability was integrated directly with the contacts, you could choose to call using cell phone or SIP from the same dialer (including using 3G data, not only WiFi). It is just one example of things that have been standard on Symbian years before other platforms had them. Another example, the panorama picture feature on iPhone 5 - that was available years earlier on Symbian. As I said, it is not one single thing, it is the combination of OS features and hardware capabilities that was superior.
What is worse is that it is hard to find any existing Symbian devices...
For all the drawbacks of Symbian, the combination of a camera that put to shame any other cellphones, and the built-in capabilities of the phone (e.g. a complete SIP stack, integrated with the regular phone functionality) is still unmatched. Even Nokia themselves cannot replicate the hardware capabilities of the 808 in a Windows phone, because the OS can't handle them...
OK, so it isn't Nokia Messaging, it is the new wizard application, which checks that your credentials are valid by actually logging into the e-mail account, and if there are problems, alerts you to check your credentials instead of creating the account on your phone. While it would have been nice to get a warning that the wizard is doing that via a Nokia server, it is still not such a big deal.
Beef is bad for you only when consumed in excess. Otherwise it is an excellent source of protein, and the best source of hemoglobin for human red blood cells.
You can get the N95-3 or N95-4, which are specifically built for the North American market (including AT&T compatible 3G frequencies). Furthermore, AT&T has unlimited data plans for $20 a month. All you need to do is to save enough money, and buy an unlocked phone.

on
HTML V5 and XHTML V2
·
· Score: 3, Informative
Both standards are being worked on the by the W3C standards group.
According to the IBM paper html 5 is being done independently of the W3C. "In April 2007, the W3C voted on a proposal to adopt HTML V5 for review" is about as much as W3C has with html 5.
Falcon Wrong. The W3C restructured the original HTML working group. Here is Tim Berners-Lee's initial message about the refocusing of the efforts for evolving HTML, and here are the details for the two new working groups - the HMTL working group and the XHTML2 working group.
AT&T Wireless is one of the better carriers in the US in that regard. All the features you listed are available in many AT&T branded phones, and obviously are available in third-party bought GSM phones. Verizon is the carrier with the most restrictions in their devices, which are due to the closed nature of CDMA networks...
RIP Roblimo... :-(

What is the current guess at a release date for it?

No I am comparing the iPhone 5 camera (released 2012) to the Nokia N8 camera (released 2010)

RTFBP again. He's not using any proxy server or messaging depot
Wrong, he is using Nokia Messaging, which is a service Nokia provides. This is what the "wizard" is all about.
PID-2 has been deprecated for ages.

Did you make a copy of the APN, with the AT&T proxy removed? This fixes quite a number of issues...
