    manage servers, troubleshoot network connectivity issues, etc. etc.

    I know some of the aspects of managing web servers with SSL can be somewhat involved, but a basic understanding of generating a csr, requesting a cert and installing that cert should be understood at a theoretical level and the practical execution should be fairly straight forward to work through.

    Two years ago I ripped (to FLAC) about 1000 CDs my wife and I had collected since the early 90s.
    The only ones that wouldn't rip were the ones that had deep scratches on them. We still have the CDs in our posession and still buy new ones and rip them to FLAC when they come into the house.

    Seems like a sound plan, they are backed up and uploaded to Google Music, too, so we can listen to them anywhere

    A large proportion of those brought in on H1Bs are low skilled grunt workers, something many locals can do

    And there are plenty of reports that indicate at least a 6% drop in wages for local workers due to H1B employees

    Your job may have no workers available, sure

    But OS and middleware administrators, coders, there are plenty of in the USA. The salaries are depressed for local workers because of the plethora of H1B imports

    These are already being abused by tech companies to force lower wages on those already legally in the USA, be they citizens or resident aliens, this will make it worse.

    If you factor in contractors then you need to factor in all the extra benefits of salaried workers. Such as 401k matches, medical insurance premiums, the other half of social security, etc.

    I know exactly what outsourcing means, and sending the same coding jobs that were being performed locally to the -India has been a huge negative when it comes to quality and skill.

    I also use Tax Act, and get the Deluxe version, however it always charges me to file the state return. Do you have to pay to file your state return?
