But then you say he'll be modded DOWN by people that think we should be able to have as many babies as we wish? Seems like people that would argue against the OPs post, would LIKE a post about our ability to have as many babies as they wish, because agricultural advances allow us to.

If you wanted to NOT be listed in that book, you had to pay a fee. That book was given to all of it's members. So if you had a phone, you had that book.
