Many of the people reading this message, will be people who have much more "power" (if such a thing exists) on the internet. ITS TIME WE MADE A CHANGE. NSI ARE HERE to do what we tell them. Period. Lets take some action. EMAIL EMAIL EMAIL Lets email the shit out of them telling them how annoyed we are over what this poor guy has gone through. - I register hundreds of domains with them a month - they treat me like shit. Lets start a website ( email zeev@meridianuk.net for any1 who is interested )that will show how upset we are with people like NSI. LETS BOMBARD THEM WITH EMAIL, AND MORE EMAIL, AND MORE EMAIL. Lets make a change.

  3. NO ENTRY TO LINUX EXPO - I RUN AN ISP! on CTO is Too Young for Comdex · · Score: 1

I was too denied entry to a Linux Conference in London. I run a sucessful profit making ISP (www.meridianuk.net) , which employs staff, and yet I am considered insignificant because I am not yet 18. This is absurd. I feel that I have a part to play in the development of the OS, and have showed my support in Linux for the last 3 years, most of my servers running Linux. How many people here by a copy of linux for everyone of their servers ? WHY should I be denied axs to a con ? The only way that I managed to get in was to falsify my date of birth. That make sense, I can drive, have sex, but go to a conference which I helped fund, HEAVENS NO!

  4. PATENT. NON - DISCLOSURE. on How to Approach Venture Capital Firms? · · Score: 1

If you are able 2 get a patent on your idea/device, then this will protect you. If you can't an NDA ( Non Disclosure Agreement ) would be your best bet, followed by Government Grants if the US governments have heard of helping its citizen's ( on second thoughts, in the US I dont think the goverment cares )

  8. MICROSOFT WILL WIN!!! on Microsoft Challenges Linux community · · Score: 1

I am pretty sure that Microsoft will win. That aside, why should the test be done on some rubbishy machine and not a dual or a quad ?

Has the linux commmunity forgotten that just MAYBE people want power now not 486s ?

Linux can and will beat microsoft only with some might ( much more of it ) coming in the shape of money and less cheating by microsoft.

  12. SHAME ON YOU GATES. WELL DONE TO YOU GATES. on Gates: "Linux will have Limited Impact" · · Score: 1

You have to admire the fact that hes not embarressed by shaming himself so publicly. Mr. Gates doesn't need to wake up, hes already done that, and can clearly see the threat that Linux poses. The fact that he is putting Linux down to "Simple Wordprocessing" is only showing his weakness on this issue. I think its quite obvious that when people are saying "Nah, i cant afford to have this Server BSOD on me - So Im gonna run Linux on it" scares our Mr. Gates, and hes hoping his influence in the IT world will help fob Linux off - He knows its only time till Linux shames his products - And him. Shame on you Gates, your a POOR loser. You dont have to insult something just because your money cant buy it.
