    I suspect the time to produce the screw wasn't the issue, but rather time to obtain material and/or set up the machine. Plus, if material was changed by Apple frequently, each change would trigger a new material order if not a stock material. Producing 1000 of these tiny screws is probably a very small amount of material, so material vendors probably aren't eager to do a rush job for small $$. I agree with the many posts that solve the issue by using a standard screw.

    Yes! Any time I see a new Gnome version announced I check the pics to see if the title bars and widgets are still uber big. Running Gnome on my laptop makes it feel "old", so I stick with Elementary which has sized their components to fit my screen in a much nicer way. C'mon Gnome... The thinking probably has to do with installing Gnome on tablets, which I'm sure is happening everywhere even though I've never seen it.

    Voter fraud isn't the issue here. It's the influence of another country on our election process. Should be something we can agree has no place in our elections whether you're conservative or liberal.
