    In cosmology, the Steady State theory is a now-obsolete theory and model alternative to the Big Bang theory of the universe's origin (the standard cosmological model).

    Einstein probably knew it had flaws. The "steady state" model was later proposed ( 1960's) by Fred Hoyle, Jayant Narlikar and others .

    What I can see is :

    It makes no difference to bitcoin ( the identity of satoshi )
    It gives the journalist lady a pat on the back and a bonus maybe
    It gives all the bitcoin wannabes some kinda fantasy figure
    It does not help to the correct the flaws that bitcoin fundamentally has
    In all, it doesn't make any difference to the world in general.

    They dominated the smartphone market, had a decent OS and very good harware prowess. They could have just opened symbyan up . Set up a community and let it spawn . Instead they decided to open symbian after it was almost dead . I'm not a Steve Jobs fan but the man has proved that a company needs vision and balls . not Ballmers.
