HBO is really the only TV I watch anymore. The quality of the shows is so much better than what you get on network TV. I personally love Oz and the Sopranos, and Arliss cracks me up. The older Larry Sanders show is still a crack up. HBO is definitely worth it, in my opinion.

We take a useless state, like one of the Dakota's, or Kansas, and fence it off. We put them all in there and put metal underwear on them. When they get close to the fence, they get a nice little electrical shock.

If AIM was for AOL members only, then why did they let me, someone who does not use AOL, register a username? And, why release AIM in the first place? If it is for AOL members only, why do they need it? AOL software has an instant messenger built in.

I have been using it since it was first released about 2 years ago. And never have I had an AOL account during that time. Everyone I know that has it does not have an AOL account.

Nothing special about his acting and he is a certified prick. I hear on the Titanic set, he threw a small fit because he wanted a certain male friend to be there with him and wanted them to pay for him to come down there.

And by the way.. I can get chicks. In fact, I have one right now.

If there is a god, I don't understand why he would create this HUGE universe, and stick the only life on this little green and blue rock out in the corner of it.

Astronomers are finding more and more planets, all close to us. I would say the chances of there being life out there to be very good. Should I remind you that there are billions of stars out in our own galaxy alone?

Whose to say that there hasn't been signals traveling for hundreds or thousands of years and haven't yet reached us? The possibilities are endless.

X-Files is on soon.. don't want to miss it.

I read an article on gamespot several months back. They were talking about gaming on the Mac. The company they talked to the most was Bungie, because their games are released on the Mac and PC at the same time. They were saying that when the make the game, they have cross platform in mind, and develop it knowing it will be available on more than one platform. It's not like a lot of other companies, which only have PC's in mind, and then take a year or two(Blizzard) to finally port the game over. I am sure the article can still be found at Gamespot.

If Owen Lars was his brother, why didn't he have the name Owen Skywalker? They may not have been related, and we will probably see where he comes from in episodes 2 and 3.
Vader did not know about Leia, and he may not have known where Luke was. His mind was warped by the Emporer.
I guess it is a little early to point out these "flaws" when Episodes 2 and 3 have not been made yet.

  10. Just another comment on Voices From The Hellmouth · · Score: 1

Hellish nightmare doesn't quite describe what I went through. I am almost 22 myself, and some of the things that were said/done to me still affect me today. My life has gotten a hell of a lot better since then, and those days have passed, but not too many fond memories will come out of school, especially elementary school and junior high. Those were by far the worst.

For all the kids that are still in school and go through this, hang in there. It does eventually end :)
