    Alas, just passing a law doesn't meet the requirements of Article V.

    Actually, passing a law does and can, and that can happen with no objection from The People, because The People are the ones who made the law.

    For instance, some federally subsidized housing prohibits firearms on the premises as a condition of occupancy. Some prisoners in federal jails are not allowed to vote.

    They aren't worried about foreseeable payback.

    Bill Gates buys art and tries to fix hunger and poverty with his billions.

    Google is more into implementing theoretical junk to see if there is something there or if there's something nearby.

    I can walk on a treadmill for an hour or simply avoid two thin slices of wheat bread. They are calorie-equivalent.

    Weight-loss is best accomplished by reducing caloric intake. Trying to exercise weight off is fruitless.

    Exercise is great for muscle toning, avoiding injury, increasing balance, beefing up air intake, and strengthening the heart.

    It's a huge mistake to think weight-loss can be accomplished by exercise.

    It's a huge mistake to think that wellness can be accomplished by diet.

    The two should be used together to work on two separate issues.

    If you don't have a guitar tuner app, then how in Sam Hill are you going to tune your guitar when you are at Open Mic at Logon Cafe and you forgot your dedicated tuner?

    If you don't play the guitar, then get the piano tuner and stuff. OK, maybe you don't play the piano. Me neither.

    If you have no need to tune any instrument at all, ever, then just forget it.

    Get a good word search program.

    If you don't have a word search app, then how in Sam Hill are you going to spend your time when you are at Open Mic at Logon Cafe and I don't go on for another hour?
