If we can drill big holes really deep in the desert and explode weapons tests there, I feel it is likely we can also bury waste in deep holes there, just as well. Seriously folks, what is the big deal? Oh, right. Politics. Especially right wing nutjobs. Obstructionism incarnate
In Alberta Nucleus uses PPOE As I know them pretty well I just called a guy I know there to ask, and he tells me they adjust their metered bandwidth to allow for the "wastage" due to PPOE encapsulation. In other words, they do not charge us for it.
Skilled construction trades will always pay top dollar. Yes, they are usually hard work, often in harsh environments. Plumbers, Electricians, Glaziers, Carpenters, drywallers, floor installers, roofers, etc.. Get a trade, you will always be able to get a job that pays at least reasonably well. If you do not mind moving, then it should pay quite well.
Why does everyone respond to these situations with such simplistic bullshit "answers" Yes, you are right, given a "solution" of ONLY penalizing executives, scapegoats shall be appointed. Also, a "solution" of only fines means some small amount will be paid while the perpetrators walk away scot-free. The obvious solution is for BOTH to be enforced, along with a real company value devaluing penalty. Stock forfeiture in public companies to start with.. Suspension of trading for a significant interval for another additional penalty.
If an individual is convicted of committing a crime they risk both forfeiture of assets, AND jail time. Why is a company or corporation immune to these measures?
Hello, they are douchebags, what is the problem?

To quote from Wikipedia: "Hulu is a joint venture of NBCUniversal Television Group (Comcast),[5] Fox Broadcasting Company (21st Century Fox) and Disney–ABC Television Group (The Walt Disney Company),[6] with funding by Providence Equity Partners, the owner of Newport Television, which made a US$100 million equity investment and received a 10% stake.[7] In October 2012, Providence sold its 10% stake in Hulu.[8]"
All of which entirely misses the point that has been made. If I want to ignore the contract I agreed to with Apple/Amazon/Google, etc.,
I could do so and find free sources of music, and remove DRM or other signatures.
However the point and discussion at hand is about the transition from buying a copy of music to being loaned a copy, at a fee.
The important part of all of this is that iTunes is the means by which the industry transformed our purchasing method form possession to renting music.
When you die the rights to that music dies with you.
Nice try..
Who was it?
Apple, M$? Some other vested interest?
In any case, people know exactly what you are saying when they refer to "Googling".
And it ain't Bing!

Not true.
T-Mobile in USA, Wind Mobile ( Canada) , Vodaphone (Europe) use the same bands.
Any overpriced product has limited life

See?
People ARE eventually "getting it".
Except, perhaps, for some of the commenters ( haters?) here..
Why would a janitor get punished?
Clearly the repercussions and the punishment would be for those who demonstrably made choices to cause harm.

So why exactly are you surprised?
Well, "Prawns" love it.. so maybe it is made from cat food..
Buildings need to be built and fixed.
That never changes.
What is the price tag?
Let's ask the real questions, not the benchmarks stuff..
What is the price tag?
No, I mean the real one, not the telco fake plan scam price..
Is it easy to unlock?
Does it run current Android easily?
Can the battery be replaced?
Are the speakers any good?
How is the camera?
Isn't itt time to face facts and start charging some people with treason?
If you choose to deliberately attack your countries economy, it HAS to be treason.
Certainly a lot worse than leaking some information about 3 letter agencies breaking laws and eroding your freedom!
Wake the hell up.
The Tea Party are far worse than anything that the most extreme McCarthyism ever dreamed that communists could do to your country.
Please people, the "elephant in the room" is right in front of your face.
Glad to see they have enough evidence to go after Apple.
It seems fairly obvious that they are guilty.
Now how about some banks?
Obviously it is well in both their interests to oppose it.

DRM free? Yes.
Watermarked? Also yes.

I live in Canada, where this is probably legal.
We have a federal law regarding copying music for personal use.
In other locations, notably the USA, not so much..
The important part of all of this is that iTunes is the means by which the industry transformed our purchasing method form possession to renting music.
When you die the rights to that music dies with you.
And only $15 for the ELM327 Bluetooth OBD and $4.99 for Torque Pro.
Works great.
It would appear that Mr. Ferguson is either a shill for the big telcos, or an idiot.
I hope T-Mobile have the guts to sue him personally for this.
