I called my cable modem service about a problem involving a series of constant disconnections and lock ups.
Tech Support: "Oh, you need to empty your browser's cache." Me: "Well, that's a different program." Tech Support: "Do you use Internet Explorer or Netscape?" Me: "Internet Explorer." Tech Support: "Ok, click on View/Properties/Internet Options." Me: "I'm sorry but cache files from an entirely different program couldn't possibly be causing this." Tech Support: "Hmm, let me refer you to advanced technical support."
The advanced technician knew exactly what the problem was and solved it. A month later it happened again.
Tech Support: "When was the last time you cleaned your browser's cache?"
Yet again I was forwarded to advanced tech support, and my problem was solved. A while later, it happened a third time.
Tech Support: "Oh, it's the cable line in your area. We'll get a truck rolling on it right away." Me: "If it's the cable line, how am I able to connect at all?" Tech Support: "There could be a short in one of the lines, and that could be causing it."
The next day the cable repairman arrived and checked the lines in my area, but my service was again working flawlessly even before he arrived. When he left, I turned on the TV and noticed the cable was out.
Real World and Road Rules are two shows about a gang of misfits who are forced to live together, and learn how to hate each other. One of them will inevitably get violent and get kicked off the show. None of the show is real.. they are Funded, I can live a life like that if i'm funded like they are. They all got halfass job that can't even buy enought food permonth. My sister what that stuff and she's have some type of depression crap going on taking prozac and stuffs. No one never have any real problem, no body ever abuse any drug, not even weed was experimented on the show.. If MTV wants real wrold come see how my friends live. At they end of the season, they cry and hug each other and go home. In between it will pretend to deal with real issues, and focus on each cast member's insecurities. I know this because my wife likes to watch it, and I am often subjected to it when I spend quality time with her. I see a lots of girls out there doing that now day. MTV grlls what we call them here.. they live in rich neighborhood of the city i live. you can call them preps. Well their life is a lot of peoples on real world. Funeded by their parents. One more thing about mtv is you gotta be 'fine' to be on the show, surch as beach MTV. Someone told me that he didn't get pick at Spring Break show because he was too skinny.:-( that's MTV for ya.
That's happened with old fashion watergun in city that I live in alerdy. Some psyco kid fill up the watergun with some liquid LSD and Start spraying at every one.. it was crazy, Peoples running all wild and some kids enjoyed.
I live in the S.F. Bay Area and make a good salary (even for this area). I also see how hard it can be for someone (many who live here) who earns substantially less than I (mainly housing costs).
I *also* see how I could have a higher standard of living elsewhere for less...
It sure cost a lot to live here.:-( That why peoples drive 50-120miles a day to work in Silicon Valley and live in a cheep place like Stockton or Livermore etc etc.
I hate computer illiterate peoples using computers. If they don't know, they should be using something else! Only cool peoples like/. readers should use them.
Main problem is that IT peoples in Corprate America need to look choose the program more carefully. That way idoit user don't have to worry about anything.

They had Fiber Trail in Fremont as well too. But the which ever company banned the project because it was too dangerous. Imagine you have to move your equiptments around unplug the FO line. You kid comes and look at what kind of connector is that and blined him self.
I'm very sure that peoples will look at the Laser by accident or just coruisity.
There should never be only one solution available for a component as important as a browser. I'm continually stunned at how little competition there is in the browser market, which was essentially ceded to Microsoft and Netscape/AOL in an amazingly short time.
No maket for Browser, you can't make money with Browser no more cuz they are basically FREE! Netscape Sell Browser! MS give away browser cuz they are rich and jealous of Netscape. If they both were selling browsers and not loading to any OS right now we'll have good browser to surf the net right now. I mean 10X better the IE 5 "which I hate to use".
Reason Netscape is not a good browser is because they don't have any money to make one. Just enough to make Mozilla with Limited programmers.
MS have Billions of Dollors waste and a lot of high paid programmers that know MS's OS archtechure very well. They can make any thing work fast and work well for their OS that's obious.
If MS want to make Browser for Linux, they can setup a team may be they can pay a few Linux Programmers 10X more then what they making and Come out with most stable version of IE for Linux. who knows.

Sony alerdy coming out with one. They were making deals with Quantum and WDC to make HDD for them. I believe Quatum won the deal because their QuickView Drive technology. Just you wait.
That's what I saying man! I remember peoples used to call me computer geek, I see those peoples still around town, working walmart, costco, lucky, hard labor etc. I wouldn't do any of their job for the money that I'm making. Some time they try to conversate me and ask me how much i make and what i do. when i answerd they want to learn computers now, I told them to goto school and take some classes.

Situtation is being handled by blameing everybody.

Look at their magazines MS all over. MS banner all over all of their pages too.
