Yes, and now the US is not fixing our infrastructure. It will eventually pay the price. But the billionaires who now run the country will not care. They can sit in the guarded estates, use their aircraft, boats and other do-dads and ignore the rest of society that they raped. They take their money and stash it overseas so they don't pay taxes. They have made their profits on the backs of the middle class and lower paid workers. Most of them are parasites on society and society can't afford them anymore.

I noticed that one of the countries that are in the Trump list is Iraq. Lots of refugees there caused by the destabilization of the country caused by some other country invading it. I wonder what country that was? Then there is another country where the 9-11 terrorists came from that isn't affected by the travel ban. I wonder why that is? Could someone in this administration have a financial interest in this country? Nah, I can't believe something like that. Administration folks are good honest outstanding citizens to have any conflict of interest.

They started a class war against the middle class, they buy politicians of both parties to give them tax breaks, subsidies that never end, huge megaphones to spout their propaganda about moochers, worse health care outcomes because of the higher costs that make homeowner loose their homes. Yes, we're seeing and will see a lot worse I'm afraid in the days to come. We now have the rule of wealth and extreme selfishness.

Yes, thanks for the review line equation. Unfortunately, our news media is controlled by people with great wealth or can by bought by great wealth. This gives them a bigger megaphone to influence election outcomes. Our politicians are now pretty much owned by their big donors. The recent attempt to change the law restricting drug imports from Canada is a good example of that. A lot of Senators from both parties voted against that.

Having worked for NOAA and with scientists from NASA in the past, I would trust their data. When I worked there we made our best estimates of errors in the data. In order to publish a paper of our work in a scientific journal (at least in the lab where I worked), it was reviewed by two or three scientists in the our lab. I know of no instance where a paper was changed or rejected by management for political purposes. After that, it would be submitted to a journal for publication. There were usually at least 3-4 anonymous outside reviewers appointed by the journal. In my experience most reviewers were fair, probably some were scientists who could have been competing with me. I would get back my reviews, answer the reviewers questions, then resubmit it. There could be another go around with reviewers and rewrites before it was published. The data was available for other researchers outside the organization if they requested it.

The middle class is being pushed out because of real estate developers taking advantage of the demand by the tech industry employees who have higher incomes. These middle class people are the writers, artists, musicians and other lower paid professions that made San Francisco such a vibrant place. The developers by up housing properties, evict the tenants and build higher priced housing that the former renters can no longer afford. It has caused a lot of resentment from these displaced people toward the tech industry. The local neighborhoods have been destroyed along with the smaller mom and pop type shops. Greed (pardon the expression) trumps the middle class. Alexandria Pelosi has made a documentary about these problems.

As far as having the ability to darken the rear window should be a non issue, lots of vehicles don't have windows in the rear. However, side windows would certainly be a no no.

I would rather try to make the world a better place than have so much money that I'd have to worry about keeping it and keep up a shopping spree for things that I wouldn't even enjoy.
