The "wild west" days of ridesharing services may be coming to an end. The governor of Massachusetts has proposed a bill that would regulate Uber, Lyft, and their rivals in the state. Among the new rules: ridesharing services would have to run background checks on their drivers and keep a roster of active drivers; vehicles would need to have some external marker indicating that they're a ridesharing car; and drivers would need to hold at $1 million worth of insurance when transporting passengers.
What's the appeal of Firefox mobile over Chrome? On the desktop I use Firefox because it has a real adblocker, but on Firefox mobile it doesn't appear I can add to the filterlist from my phone which makes the adblock plus mostly worthless.

I don't care for your keyboard idea, but yes about the rooted Nook. I'm not sure why no one came out with a full fledged android device with an eink screen. If you are mostly reading emails, reading internet articles, reading twitter, etc, it works great and is very functional.
For me the problem is most likely that because I miss that hour of sleep I'm only making it through the day with vast amounts of coffee. Which then makes me wired.
The eInk Nook was able to be rooted into a full fledged android tablet. The version of android was rather old which was unfortunate, but otherwise it was a nice device. Reading GMail, looking at RSS feeds, viewing twitter were all pretty good on an eInk screen. It would have been nice to see a company produce a device that did this.
$15 a month to stream and binge watch season 5 of GoT immediately after the season is done is a quicker and cheaper than iTunes or Amazon.
Background checks and insurance?

Is it all post Eich or pre Eich and/or did Eich's departure hasten the decline?
Do not want.
It applies to lots of things. In this instance here someone filed a fake claim of child abuse.

Ruby, anyone...?
Is Ruby no good any more?
And it comes in blue and pink.
The kiosk also takes up a good deal of table space. I'm sure they can make it less obtrusive in time, but as it exists currently it's terrible.

I've been running 32-bit Chrome on Windows 7 64-bit. Does the Chrome self-update upgrade it to Chrome 64-bit or is it a seperate download somewhere?
We took a leading role in Iraq. Would have been better if we didn't.
Or maybe this life is as good as it gets for you and your multiverse you's.
Blackberry should make a killer android phone with qwerty slider.
Asian males and white males get screwed.

It's not even a space issue. MS was saying don't put PST files on the network:

Has that guidance even changed since then?
Save, share, and organize bookmarks instead of RSS feeds.
For me, it's about expanding it as a reader. If the Kindle had a gmail app and an rss reader I'd pick one up tomorrow.

The difference is that no one thinks Obama is sincere. For him it's just a political calculation.

I feel miserable for at least 2 weeks after daylight savings time. Like someone kicked me in the head each morning. Walk around like a zombie.
You do realize that it is possible to congratulate the winner while also trying to find the cause for a loss, don't you?
Not really, no.
That's what I think. And subtract points from their score for even asking.
Have they no shame?

I'm unclear how that is fraud. The intent is to get people to recoup a donation made in error. Am I misunderstanding?
